curata de coaja, spala si zdrobeste usturoiul (cu o presa speciala); curata de coaja, spala si taie in cuburi cartofii; curata de coaja, spala si taie in cubulete morcovii; spala si taie marunt, ca pentru salata, varza.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Intr-o oala incapatoare, incinge uleiul, adauga ceapa si telina taiate marunt si soteaza-le pana devin transparente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adauga in oala usturoiul zdrobit, 1 cana de apa, chimenul, curcuma si ghimbirul (daca folosesti ghimbir proaspat, decojeste-l cu ajutorul unei linguri si taie-l marunt); lasa-le pe foc cateva minute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adauga cartofii, morcovii, lintea si 9 cani de apa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Asteapta ca amestecul sa dea in clocot, apoi fierbe inabusit supa de linte rosie, timp de 25 de minute, pana cand lintea este gatita si legumele sunt moi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adauga in oala varza, apa ramasa, sarea si piperul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Lasa supa de linte rosie din nou sa dea in clocot si fierbe-o apoi inabusit, timp de 10-15 minute, pana cand varza este fiarta.<\/li>\n<li>Serveste supa de linte rosie (cu legume) imediat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><iframe style=\"width: 100%;
