Obez poate fi nu doar corpul, ci si metabolismul tau: in articolul de astazi vorbim despre obezitatea metabolica, care este cruciala atunci cand vine vorba despre sanatatea proprie. Greutatea nu iti determina neaparat starea de sanatate, iar calculele legate de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/totul-despre-celebrul-indice-de-masa-corporala-imc-bmi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">indicele de masa corporala<\/a> sunt limitate, deoarece\u00a0este un raport intre greutatea si inaltimea unei persoane, care nu face diferenta intre muschii mai grei si grasimea mai usoara.\u00a0La fel, este posibil sa fii obeza metabolic si sa nu stii asta \u2013 practic, sa fii \u201eskinny fat\u201d (in traducere, \u201eslaba grasa\u201d).<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Ce inseamna sa fii \u201eskinny fat\u201d?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-16292 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/consum-de-dulciuri.jpg\" alt=\"consum de dulciuri\" width=\"696\" height=\"393\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/consum-de-dulciuri.jpg 696w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/consum-de-dulciuri-324x183.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/>Obezitatea este o afectiune complexa, nutritional-metabolica, care este caracterizata printr-o\u00a0depozitare in exces a grasimii corporale. Persoanele obeze au o greutate care nu corespunde inaltimii lor, procentul adipos (de grasime) depasind 33% in cazul femeilor si 25% in cazul barbatilor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Termenul de \u201eskinny fat\u201d a inceput sa devina popular in 2015, dupa ce revista <em>Time<\/em> a scris un articol despre americani cu o greutate normala, dar probleme de sanatate mari: inflamatie generalizata, diabet zaharat, colesterol ridicat, hipertensiune, sindrom metabolic. Cate dintre noi nu au o prietena slaba, care pare a avea un metabolism magic, mananca tot ce vrea, nu face niciodata <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/miscarea-izvorul-tineretii\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">miscare<\/a> si nu pune un gram pe ea? Ei bine, revista <em>Time<\/em> scria atunci ca aparentele insala: intr-o cultura obsedata de greutate si persoanele slabe pot fi bolnave. Iar prietena care mananca gogosi la micul dejun, rade o ciocolata intreaga la desert si nu numara niciodata caloriile nu trebuie invidiata, ci trimisa la doctor!<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"td_quote_box td_box_center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/stevia-mierea-sau-zaharul-brut-cu-ce-indulcesti-sanatos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Stevia, mierea sau zaharul brut<\/a>? O alimentatie bogata in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/12-consecinte-negative-ale-consumului-excesiv-de-zahar-infografic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">zahar adaugat are numeroase consecinte negative<\/a> (zahar care este <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/zaharul-ascuns-in-alimente-si-dependenta-de-zahar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ascuns in anumite alimente, dandu-ti dependenta<\/a> foarte usor), multe alimente procesate si o lipsa a sportului in viata ta sunt motive de ingrijorare, care cresc factorii de risc pentru depozitele de grasime in exces pe organele abdominale: aceasta grasime viscerala din jurul inimii, rinichilor si intestinelor este cea mai periculoasa si poate fi un ucigas tacut. Grasimea din jurul organelor vitale este derivata dintr-un tip de celule specifice (provenite din gena W1t), regasite in embrionul uman, in timpul dezvoltarii intrauterine.
