acopera strecuratoarea cu un capac si lasa dovleceii la fiert 15-20 minute, pana intra usor furculita in ei.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Indeparteaza strecuratoarea de pe oala si varsa dovleceii intr-un bol,lasandu-i sa se raceasca de tot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Paseaza dovleceii cu o presa pentru piure, adauga-i inapoi in strecuratoare si lasa-i la scurs 20 de minute; poti accelera procesul de scurgere cu ajutorul unui tifon (adauga dovleceii transformati in piure intr-o bucata curata de tifon, strange bine panza si scurge-i bine).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Curata usturoiul de coaja.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Dupa ce ai scapat de lichidul suplimentar din piureul de dovlecei, transfera-i intr-un bol, adauga deasupra lor maioneza de post (poti pune mai multa sau mai putina decat mentioneaza reteta, dupa preferinta), usturoiul zdrobit (pune doar 1 catel initial si adauga-l pe al doilea la final, dupa ce gusti salata de dovlecei, pentru a te asigura ca gustul de usturoi nu este prea puternic), mararul tocat marunt, sare si piper (dupa gust).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Amesteca bine toate ingredientele din bol, acopera vasul cu folie alimentara si da-l la frigider.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Salata de dovlecei (cu maioneza de post) se serveste rece, decorata cu seminte de dovleac, pe felii de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/paine-de-casa-integrala-cu-faina-de-secara\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">paine de casa integrala<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii reteta Salata de dovlecei, cu maioneza de post<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Poti face maioneza de post nu doar din orez (cum este cazul aceleia din reteta de fata), ci si din avocado sau soia: descopera pe blogul Sano Vita retetele de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/maioneza-vegetala-din-avocado\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">maioneza vegetala din avocado<\/a> si <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/maioneza-de-soia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">maioneza de soia<\/a>!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Daca vrei sa obtii o salata de dovlecei cu maioneza mai texturata, atunci da pe razatoarea mare dovleceii curatati de coaja si fierbe-i la baie de aburi, apoi scurge-i in strecuratoarea metalica sau intr-un tifon si amesteca-i direct cu maioneza si restul ingredientelor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Semintele de dovleac nu contin colesterol, dar sunt bogate in proteine, grasimi nesaturate, fibre, Vitamina K, mangan, magneziu, fosfor, fier, cupru si zinc?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Dovleceii fierti sunt bogati in vitaminele A si C, potasiu si magneziu?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Dovleceii mai mari nu sunt si cei mai aromati?
