Si iti apar garantat in minte cand te gandesti la un tratament relaxant la spa (clasica masca de fata din castraveti) sau la o carafa cu apa rece, servita pe terasa, in timp ce stai la soare. Castravetii (<em>Cucumis sativus<\/em>) fac parte din familia <em>Cucurbitaceae<\/em>, fiind inruditi cu dovlecii si dovleceii, pepenii rosii si galbeni, lufa, castravetele amar si tartacutele decorative.\u00a0Si sunt fructe, din punct de vedere botanic.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Astazi am analizat toate motivele care fac din castraveti un atu de nadejde pentru o sanatate de fier si le-am pus cap la cap, intr-un articol si un infografic utile, despre 10 beneficii pe care le are consumul de castraveti. In plus, au antioxidanti \u2013 lignani, tanini, flavonoide si betacaroten. Sucul din castraveti si productia salivara declansata de mestecatul acestora pot curata gura si pot preveni halena si tartrul: daca tii o felie de castravete intre limba si cerul gurii, timp de 90 de secunde, vei simti imediat o diferenta!<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">4. Castravetii pot contribui la sanatatea inimii tale.<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hipertensiunea creste riscul aparitiei de anevrism si atac cerebral, deci daca vrei sa ai grija de inima ta nu ar strica sa mananci mai des castraveti. Acestia promoveaza vasodilatarea si sunt bogati in potasiu (electrolit care poate reduce retentia de apa provocata de prea mult sodiu in alimentatie si, prin urmare, poate scadea tensiunea) si lignani (polifenoli care scad riscul anumitor boli cardiovasculare). Vitamina K din castraveti este si ea esentiala in procesul de formare a cheagurilor, prevenind calcifierea vaselor de sange. Iar daca sunt murati in casa devin un ajutor de nadejde al sistemului tau digestiv: in urma procesului de fermentare, castravetii vin la pachet cu bacterii <a href=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/ce-sunt-probioticele\/\">probiotice<\/a>, care promoveaza o digestie fara probleme si cultiva o flora intestinala sanatoasa; muraturile din comert sunt fierte, proces care distruge aceste bacterii.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">6. Castravetii te pot ajuta sa ai o greutate sanatoasa.<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Saraci in calorii si plini de apa, castravetii pot face cu succes parte din orice dieta de slabire. Folositi ca alternativa la alimente mai calorice (in salate, sandvisuri si garnituri), castavetii aduc un plus de prospetime, textura si hidratare.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">7. Castravetii pot regla diabetul.<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-13139 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/diabet-zaharat.jpg\" alt=\"diabet zaharat\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/diabet-zaharat.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/diabet-zaharat-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Continutul de apa si fibre din castraveti ii transforma intr-un aliat de nadejde impotriva glicemiei ridicate: o portie de 100 g are mai putin de 4 g de carbohidrati (deci te pot satura fara sa iti ridice nivelul zaharului in sange si aproape ca poti manca oricati, oricand). Cercetatorii cred ca fisetina ajuta memoria prin declansarea unui traseu celular care implica zona cerebrala responsabila de recuperarea amintirilor.
