Cele 13 vitamine necesare metabolismului nostru sunt urmatoarele: Vitamina A (retinoide si carotenoide), Vitamina B1 (tiamina), Vitamina B2 (riboflavina), Vitamina B3 (niacina), Vitamina B5 (acid pantotenic), Vitamina B6 (piridoxina), Vitamina B7 (biotina), Vitamina B9 (acid folic), Vitamina B12 (cobalamina), Vitamina C (acid ascorbic), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/bronzul-soarele-si-vitamina-d-totul-despre-expunerea-corecta-la-soare\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Vitamina D<\/a> (calciferoli, Vitamina E (tocoferoli si tocotrienoli) si Vitamina K (chinone).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Odata cu articolul de fata, incepem \u2013 pe blogul SanoVita \u2013 o serie de materiale despre aceste vitamine de care avem toti nevoie zilnic, pentru o viata sanatoasa. Prima pe lista este Vitamina A: iti spunem la ce sisteme biologice ia parte, care este doza zilnica recomandata (DZR), din ce surse alimentare iti poti asigura necesarul zilnic si cum se manifesta deficienta ei in organism.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Ce este Vitamina A?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-16207 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/vitamine.jpg\" alt=\"vitamine\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/vitamine.jpg 696w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/vitamine-324x182.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/>Vitamina A este liposolubila\u00a0 (solubila in grasimi), prezenta in mod natural in numeroase alimente si disponibila in 2 forme in alimentatia umana: Vitamina A preformata (retinol, retinal si acid retinoic, folosite ca atare si absorbite din surse animale \u2013 lactate, peste, carne) si provitamina A\/carotenoidele (alfacaroten, betacaroten, beta-criptoxantina, convertite in forme active in corp si absorbite din surse vegetale \u2013 fructe, legume). Suplimentele alimentare de Vitamina A contin, de obicei, acetat de retinol, retinol palmitat (Vitamina A preformata), betacaroten (provitamina A) sau o combinatie a acestora.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Absorbtia ei se realizeaza la nivelul intestinului subtire, in prezenta sarurilor biliare si a mineralelor, ulterior \u2013 deoarece este liposolubila \u2013 acesta vitamia fiind depozitata de corp in ficat.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">De cata Vitamina A ai nevoie?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-16208 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/legume-cu-frunze-veri.jpg\" alt=\"legume cu frunze veri\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/legume-cu-frunze-veri.jpg 696w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/legume-cu-frunze-veri-324x182.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/>Doza zilnica recomandata de catre medici apropo de aportul de Vitamina A depinde de varsta si sex si se masoara in micrograme de RAE (achivalenti activitate retinol). Dar si functiei imunitare si de reproducere, comunicarii celulare si organelor majore ale corpului tau.
