Dar merita cu siguranta incercata, daca vrei sa gusti un fel de mancare dintr-o bucatarie diferita de a noastra, romaneasca! incinge o tigaie antiaderenta si caramelizeaza jumatatile pe ambele parti (timp de 10-15 minute), pentru a le elibera aromele.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Curata de coaja si spala ridichea alba, apoi taie-o in rondele de 2,2 cm grosime; caramelizeaza-le si pe ele, la fel ca ceapa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Curata de coaja (folosind o lingura) si spala ghimbirul, apoi taie-l in felii de 1 cm grosime; caramelizeaza-l si pe el, in aceeasi tigaie incinsa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Spala ciupercile si taie-le in bucati mari.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adauga in tigaie uleiul vegetal si soteaza ciupercile, pana cand devin maronii si caramelizate (6-8 minute).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Intr-o oala incapatoare combina ciupercile, ceapa, ridichea si ghimbirul caramelizate anterior, ciupercile shiitake rehidratate (intregi sau taiate in jumatati), apoi toarna deasupra apa, adauga sare (dupa gust), pune un capac si lasa amestecul la fiert, la foc mic, cel putin 1 ora.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Cu 30 de minute inainte de a servi supa vietnameza pho, spala, curata si taie in felii lungi morcovii si ardeii grasi (poti folosi ardei de culori diferite, pentru a obtine un rezultat final cat mai colorat), apoi adauga-i in oala.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adauga intr-o sita fina condimentele \u2013 scortisoara, cuisoarele, cardamomul, coriandrul, feniculul si anasonul stelat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Coboara sita in oala clocotita, sprijinind-o de marginile acesteia, pune capacul deasupra si lasa condimentente sa infuzeze supa vietnameza pho, timp de 15 minute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Taie dreptunghiul de branza tofu in felii de 2 cm grosime.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Indeparteaza sita, adauga bastoanele de tofu si lasa-le sa se incalzeasca in supa vietnameza pho, timp de 10-15 minute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Fierbe 6 portii de taitei de orez.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Stinge focul, indeparteaza din apa ceapa, ridichea si ghimbirul, feliza-le mai marunt si adauga-le inapoi in oala.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adauga \u2013 in fiecare dintre cele 6 boluri in care vei servi aceasta supa vietnameza pho \u2013 o portie de taitei fierti, apoi toarna deasupra 1-2 polonice de supa, cu legumele, ciupercile si tofu aferente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Taie ardeiul iute in felii subtiri si feliaza lamaia verde.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Decoreaza fiecare bol cu feli de ardei iute, o felie de lime si frunze proaspete de patrunjel. <iframe style=\"width: 100%; supa vietnameza pho poate fi lasata astfel la fiert pana la 8 ore!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Supa pho este un fel traditional vietnamez, care contine taitei de orez, o supa pe baza de carne de vita, legume feliate subtire si ardei iute?
