dupa ce trec 7-9 minute si pastele sunt fierte <em>al dente<\/em>, scurge-le de apa si pune-le deoparte, intr-un bol.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Spala dovleceii si taie-i in rondele subtiri, cu tot cu coaja; daca nu gasesti dovlecei foarte mici, taie-i mai intai in jumatate, pe lugime, apoi in semicercuri.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Spala rosiile cherry si taie-le in jumatati.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Incinge uleiul vegetal intr-o tigaie antiaderenta, la foc mediu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Redu focul la minim, adauga feliile de dovlecei si jumatatile de rosii cherry; lasa legumele pe foc pana cand se inmoaie, apoi stinge focul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>In paralel, pregateste sosul pesto, punand toate ingredientele intr-un blender vertical (cu exceptia uleiului vegetal); marunteste-le bine, apoi toarna treptat uleiul si amesteca totul, pana obtii un sos omogen si cremos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Toarna sosul pesto in tigaie, peste legumele inca fierbinti, adauga pastele fierte in prealabil si amesteca bine rezultatul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Potriveste gustul (apropo de sare) si serveste imediat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii reteta Paste cu dovlecei<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Acesta reteta de paste cu dovlecei poate fi pregatita si cu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/pesto-de-patrunjel-reteta-video\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pesto de patrunjel<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Poti pastra aceste paste cu dovlecei la frigider, timp de pana la 3 zile, intr-o caserola acoperita; pentru a le reincalzi, toarna-le intr-o tigaie antiaderenta si adauga deasupra 1-2 linguri de apa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Daca iti ramane sos pesto, pastreaza-l intr-un borcanas, la frigider, timp de pana la 1 saptamana; sau il poti congela, timp de pana la 6 luni (toarna-l in forme de cuburi de gheata, da-le la congelator, apoi transfera-le intr-o punga de plastic cu sistem de inchidere in partea superioara).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Semintele de canepa contin proteine complete (contin toti aminoacizii esentiali), vitamine (in special Vitamina E), minerale (fosfor, potasiu, sodiu, magneziu, sulf, calciu, fier si zinc), acizi grasi Omega-3 si Omega-6? In total, semintele de canepa contin grasimi in proportie de peste 30%, iar 2-3 linguri de astfel de seminte iti ofera in jur de 11 g de proteine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Semintele de canepa au un gust asemanator miezului de nuca?
