In plus, poti adauga fistic copt si sarat in acest fel de mancare cald. Rezultatul este un fel de post hranitor, intens colorat, care poate fi servit si dupa ce s-a racit, fara probleme. apoi taie morcovii in rondele, taie ceapa <em>julienne<\/em>, taie rosiile in jumatati.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Curata portocala de coaja si taie-o in felii, eliminand toata pielita albicioasa dintre acestea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Incinge uleiul vegetal intr-o tigaie antiaderenta incapatoare, la foc mediu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adauga in tigaie toata cantitatea de quinoa alba si amesteca 3-4 minute, pentru a o praji usor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adauga in tigaie morcovii, ceapa si 1 crenguta de rozmarin, apoi lasa tot amestecul pe foc alte 3-4 minute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Toarna supa de legume in tigaie si lasa amestecul la fiert; cand lichidul da in clocot, redu focul la minim, acopera cu un capac si asteapta alte 15 minute, pana cand quinoa este moale si absoarbe intregul lichid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Stinge focul, asteapta 5 minute si apoi amesteca baza pentru salata calda (cu morcovi si quinoa) cu o furculita.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adauga peste quinoa jumatatile de rosii cherry, feliile de portocala si \u2013 optional \u2013 fisticul sarat, taiat marunt;
