las-o la fiert timp de doar 3 minute, apoi stinge focul, scurge-o de apa si adaug-o intr-un castron incapator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Preincalzeste cuptorul la 180\u00b0 C si pregateste o tava termorezistenta, de 23&#215;33 cm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Curata usturoriul si zdrobeste-l cu o presa speciala.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Intr-o tigaie antiaderenta sau un wok, adauga uleiul vegetal, usturoiul zdrobit, vinetele taiate in felii subtiri si sosul de soia; soteaza amestecul pana cand vinete se inmoaie, aopi adauga laptele de cocos si lasa totul la fiert, la foc mic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Amesteca amidonul de porumb cu putina apa rece, pana obtii o pasta, adaug-o in tigaie\/wok si amesteca bine totul, timp de cateva minute, pana cand sosul se ingroasa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Toarna continutul din tigaie\/wok peste fasolea verde din castron, adauga o treime din cantitatea de ceapa prajita uscata si amesteca usor totul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Varsa castronul in tava pregatita anterior si da-o la cuptorul preicalzit timp de 20 de minute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adauga restul de ceapa prajita uscata peste mancarea de fasole verde si mai lasa totul la cuptor 5 minute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Scoate tava din cuptor si las-o la racit cateva minute, inainte de servire.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii reteta Mancare de fasole verde, la cuptor<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pentru aceasta reteta de mancare de fasole verde, la cuptor, poti folosi atat fasole verde proaspata, cat si fasole verde congelata.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Poti inlocui vinetele cu ciuperci, pentru a obtine o mancare de fasole verde (la cuptor) cu o aroma diferita.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Poti pregati aceasta mancare de fasole verde (la cuptor) din timp si o poti coace fix inainte de a o servi, a doua zi: urmeaza toti pasii enumerati mai sus, dar \u2013 dupa ce versi castronul cu ingrediente in tava \u2013 las-o la racit complet, acoper-o cu folie de aluminiu si da-o la frigider; cand esti gata sa o coci, lasa tava sa atinga cat de cat temperatura camerei (pentru a nu crapa odata introdusa in cuptorul fierbinte) si apoi coace-o conform instructiunilor de mai sus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Poti pastra aceasta mancare de fasole verde (la cuptor) la frigider, acoperita cu folie, timp de 3 zile, reincalzind-o la cuptor timp de 15-20 de minute inainte de a o servi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Poti pregati singura, in casa, ceapa prajita uscata (daca nu vrei sa folosesti varianta cumparata din comert): curata cepe mai mici;
