Pandemia COVID-19 a dat peste cap inceputul primaverii in tara noastra si a impus autoizolarea, dar trecerea acesteia inseamna noi iesiri in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/alege-sa-petreci-mai-mult-in-natura\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">natura<\/a>. De aceea, ne-am gandit sa scriem un articol in care sa aducem laolalta 20 de idei de retete reci, mancaruri rapide si preparate usoare, din ingrediente vegetale, din care iti poti alege preferatele, pentru a organiza un picnic de nota 10. Descopera mai jos retetele respective, dar si cateva sfaturi legate de iesirile la iarba verde!<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"td_quote_box td_box_center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong><em>Afla <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/descopera-cat-timp-trebuie-sa-petreci-zilnic-in-aer-liber\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cat timp trebuie sa petreci zilnic in aer liber<\/a><\/em>!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Sfaturi pentru un picnic de succes<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-16001 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/iesire-in-natura.png\" alt=\"iesire in natura\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/iesire-in-natura.png 696w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/iesire-in-natura-324x182.png 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/>Orice iesire mai lunga de cateva ore in natura, la iarba verde, presupune o mica organizare: pregateste-te cu o patura pe care sa incapa toti membrii familiei, ochelari si palarii de soare, crema de protectie solara, spray de protectie impotriva tantarilor. In plus, orice picnic reusit implica sa iei de acasa farfurii de plastic sau de unica folosinta, tacamuri, servetele uscate si umede, saci de gunoi (in care sa aduni toate resturile, la final, pentru ca locul perfect de picnic sa ramana perfect si pentru alte persoane).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nu lua cu tine un sistem audio (nu-i deranja pe cei din jur) si nici un caine care latra sau musca (idem). Pune toata mancarea intr-o lada frigorifica, cu rezerve de gheata, iar intr-o cos \u2013 patura, lichidele, tacamurile si toate accesoriile. Alternativ, poti ingheta apa in congelator, in sticle mai mici, pe care sa le pui printre caserolele cu mancare, pentru a tine loc de rezerve de gheata.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-15998 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/picnic.jpg\" alt=\"picnic\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/picnic.jpg 696w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/picnic-324x182.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/>Cand vine vorba despre partea cea mai importanta \u2013 bunatatile din cos \u2013 trebuie sa te asiguri ca te inarmezi cu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/descopera-cata-apa-trebuie-sa-bei-zilnic-pentru-o-viata-sanatoasa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">apa<\/a> rece (intr-un termos), alte bauturi reci (vezi reteta de limonada de mai jos) si mancaruri sigure de consumat si de transportat. Pregateste salate reci in caserole cu capac, sandvisuri invelite in folie de aluminiu, lipii de casa, crackers si bastonase de legume (morcovi, ardei, telina tulpini) pentru paste tartinabile si sosuri, borcanase in care pui portii individuale de desert \u2013 cu alte cuvinte, feluri usor de mancat cu mana.
