adauga spanacul, iar dupa 2 minute stinge focul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Intr-un blender vertical, adauga tofu taiat cubulete sau dat pe r\u0103z\u0103toare, mazarea decongelata si scursa bine, fulgii de drojdie inactiva uscata, sare si piper (dupa gust);
