framanta totul, pana obtii un aluat omogen (completeaza cu faina\/apa, daca este nevoie); acopera castronul cu un prosop curat de bucatarie si lasa aluatul sa se raceasca, la temperature camerei.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Curata 4 mere de coaja si de cotor, apoi taie-le in bucati si adauga-le intr-o cratita, alaturi de 60 ml de apa rece, zeama de lamaie proaspat stoarsa si zaharul brut (optional).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pune cratita la foc mediu si lasa merele la fiert, pana se inmoaie (completeaza cu apa, daca este nevoie), apoi stinge focul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Toarna amestecul din cratita intr-un blender vertical si mixeaza-l timp de 1 minut, pana obtii un piure de mere cremos; adauga scortisoara si incorporeaz-o in amestec.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Intinde aluatul pe blatul de lucru si, folosind sucitorul, da-i o forma circulara, un pic mai mare decat tava de tarta folosita.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Transfera aluatul in tava si coace-l in orb (fara a adauga umplutura de mere deasupra), timp de 10 minute (in cuptorul preincalzit).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Cand crusta placintei americane cu mere este gata, intinde deasupra ei piureul de mere din blender, pastrand o lingura din acesta pentru mai tarziu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Curata restul de mere de coaja si\/sau cotor si taie-le in felii subtiri, apoi intinde-le in forma circulara in tava de tarta, pentru a crea un model elegant, deasupra piureului de mere.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adauga 2-3 linguri de apa rece peste restul de piure de mere, amesteca bine si \u2013 folosind o pensula de patiserie \u2013 intinde sosul peste merele din tava.&lt;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Da tava cu placinta americana cu mere la cuptor, timp de 20-30 de minute sau pana cand fructele devin moi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Serveste-o imediat sau asteapta pana se raceste complet si apoi adauga deasupra fiecarei felii de placinta americana cu mere o lingura de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/frisca-vegetala-din-cocos-pentru-torturi-si-salate-de-fructe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">frisca vegetala de cocos<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii reteta Placinta americana cu mere<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Poti completa piureul de mere preparat in blender si cu 1 lingurita de esenta de vanilie sau 1 lingurita de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/bioh-eco-biona-unt-de-migdale-si-cocos-170g-975.html?utm_medium=blog&amp;utm_source=retetablog-placinta-americana-cu-mere\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">unt de migdale si cocos<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pentru aceasta reteta de placinta americana cu mere se potriveste cel mai bine o tava de tarta cu diametrul de 26 cm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Daca alegi sa pastrezi coaja celor 6 mere pe care le pui deasupra piureului fiert (si sa le cureti doar cotorul), vei pastra mai multe fibre si nutrienti in umplutura placintei.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Cand coci in orb aluatul de placinta americana cu mere, poti adauga deasupra lui o bucata de hartie de copt si turna deasupra acesteia fasole uscata sau bile speciale pentru tarte coapte in orb (care se refolosesc);
