cand s-a incins, adauga boabele de quinoa si lasa-le pe foc 4-5 minute, amestecand constant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adauga in tigaie supa de legume si apa, lasa totul la fiert, la foc mediu; cand amestecul din tigaie da in clocot, acopera tigaia cu un capac, micsoreaza focul si mai lasa umplutura alte 15-20 de minute pe foc (sau pana se evapora tot lichidul).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Stinge focul, aereaza umplutura de quinoa cu o furculita, da la o parte capacul partial si las-o la racit 10 minute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Preincalzeste cuptorul la 190<sup>o <\/sup>C.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Intr-un bol incapator, combina umplutura de quinoa, sosul salsa, drojdia nutritionala, condimentele pudra si uleiul vegetal, amestecandu-le uniform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Intinde hartie de copt intr-o tava termorezistenta, toarna deasupra amestecul din bol, intinde-l uniform si da tava la cuptorul preincalzit timp de 20-35 de minute; amesteca umplutura din tava dupa 15 minute, pentru a te asigura ca se coace uniform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Cand umplutura devine aromata si usor maronie, stinge cuptorul si scoate tava din el.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Intinde cele 6 lipii de tacos pe blatul de lucru.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pregateste legumele pentru acesti tacos cu umplutura de quinoa: taie rosiile in cubulete, scurge porumbul din conserva, toaca marunt putina varza si da putin morcov pe razatoare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adauga, in fiecare lipie de tacos, o sesime din umplutura coapta de quinoa, 1 lingura de rosii tocate, 1 lingura de boabe de porumb si 1 lingura de salata combinata;
