Dar stiai ca exista peste 100 de tipuri de dovleci? Cele mai comune varietati sunt impartite pe anotimpuri (de vara si de iarna) si in articolul de astazi iti facem cunostinta cu ele, cu retetele in care le poti folosi \u2013 poate le vei planta chiar in propria gradina (la tara) sau poate le vei descoperi cu bucurie in pietele din strainatate (in vacante) \u2013 si cu beneficiile pe care le are consumul de dovleci si dovlecei.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Beneficiile consumului de dovleci si dovlecei<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dovlecii apartin familiei <em>Cucurbitaceae<\/em>, care mai include castravetii, pepenii, castravetii amari, lufa si tartacutele decorative. Aceasta contine aproximativ 965 de specii, fiind printre familiile de plante cu cel mai mare procentaj de specii consumate de catre om. In plus, in unele culture florile de dovleac sunt considerate o delicatesa, fiind consumate prajite sau crude (in salate, supe si mancaruri). La cumparaturi alege-i pe cei mai mici si mai tari. Cu o aroma aproape dulce, dovleceii galbeni trebuie gatiti la scurt timp dupa culegere (nu isi pastreaza aroma mai mult de o saptamana).
