In plus, magazinele ne bombardeaza cu produse prezentate drept \u201esanatoase\u201d pe eticheta, companiile alimentare lanseaza periodic creatii noi pe piata, iar farmaciile naturiste au rafturile pline de suplimente \u201egarantate\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Intr-un astfel de mediu, cum discerni informatiile corecte de cele publicitare? Si cum iti dai seama pe ce merita sa dai banii si ce produse nu te vor ajuta prea mult? Pentru a raspunde la aceste intrebari, la finalul lui 2019, insider.com a intrebat 9 experti nutrionisti (prezenti la Conferinta si Expozitia Mancare si Nutritie, organizata anual de Academia de Nutritie si Dietetica) care sunt produsele care nu ar trebui sa convinga nici macar scepticii sa le incerce, deoarece nu isi merita banii. Proprietati probiotice au cele din genurile <em>Lactobacillus<\/em>, <em>Bifidobacterium<\/em>, <em>Streptococcus<\/em>, <em>Enterococcus<\/em>, <em>Bacillus<\/em> si <em>Saccharomyces<\/em>. Se <a href=\"https:\/\/www.researchgate.net\/publication\/327422749_Are_Probiotic_Really_Safe_for_Humans\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">estimeaza<\/a> ca, la nivel global, piata probioticelor va creste pana la 65 de milioane de dolari pana in 2024. Dar nutritionistii spun ca majoritatea probioticelor administrate sub forma de supliment nu au beneficii dovedite stiintific: nu exista destule dovezi ca pot vindeca bolile carora li se adreseaza (de la banala raceala, la nasterea prematura).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-15647 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/probiotice.jpg\" alt=\"probiotice\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/probiotice.jpg 696w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/probiotice-324x182.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/>Asa cum explica si Centrul National pentru Sanatate Complementara si Integrativa (care tine de Departamentul de Sanatate al SUA), <a href=\"https:\/\/nccih.nih.gov\/health\/probiotics\/introduction.htm#hed9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">probioticele<\/a> au fost cercetate amanuntit si par promitatoare in a preveni diareea asociata antibioticelor (conform unui studiu din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC5745464\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2017<\/a>) si celei provocate de Clostridium difficile (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/29257353\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2017<\/a>), in a trata constipatia adulta (<a href=\"https:\/\/academic.oup.com\/ajcn\/article\/100\/4\/1075\/4576460\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2014<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/28467916\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2017<\/a>), <a href=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/sindromul-colonului-iritabil\/\">sindromul colonului iritabil<\/a> si durerea abdominala (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed?term=48%5Bvolume%5D+AND+10%5Bissue%5D+AND+1044%5Bpage%5D+AND+2018%5Bpdat%5D&amp;cmd=detailssearch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2018<\/a>), colita ulcerativa (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/25525379\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2014<\/a>), boala parodontala (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tandfonline.com\/doi\/abs\/10.1080\/14787210.2016.1194198\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2016<\/a>), infectiile cailor respiratorii superioare (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/25927096\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2015<\/a>), rinita alergica (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/25899251\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2015<\/a>), septicemia la bebelusii nascuti prematur (<a href=\"https:\/\/pediatrics.aappublications.org\/content\/pediatrics\/early\/2016\/02\/11\/peds.2015-3684.full.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2016<\/a>), enterocolita necrotizanta (<a href=\"https:\/\/onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/abs\/10.1111\/apa.13902\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2017<\/a>), colicii (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC6111368\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2017<\/a>) si dermatita atopica a bebelusilor (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.researchgate.net\/publication\/280392795_Probiotics_for_prevention_of_atopic_diseases_in_infants_Systematic_review_and_meta-analysis\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2015<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dar cercetatorii nu stiu ce probiotice ajuta exact, ce doze trebuie luate, pentru cat simp si care persoane au cele mai mari sanse de vindecare dupa administrare. Cu alte cuvinte, nu intelegem activitatea probiotica, cum interactioneaza aceste bacterii cu organismul gazda si care sunt diferentele intre activitatea unei singure tulpini si cea a unui amestec de tulpini sau genuri.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-15246 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/suplimente-alimentare.jpg\" alt=\"suplimente alimentare\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/suplimente-alimentare.jpg 696w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/suplimente-alimentare-324x182.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/>In cazul bebelusilor, efectele secundare pe termen lung nu se cunosc, in timp ce pe termen scurt pot aparea infectii sangvine. Si in cazul adultilor, sunt posibile astfel de efecte adverse: infectii sistemice, stimuarea excesiva a sistemului imunitar, dereglarea mtabolismului, transfer genetic orizonatal (intre genele rezistente la antibiotice din probiotice si bacteriile din tractul gastrointestinal; 68% dintre tulpinile probiotice ar fi rezistente la 2 sau mai multe antibiotice). Cand cumperi un supliment de probiotice, nu e mereu clar ce contine acesta, daca trateaza exact boala de care sufera cumparatorul si daca te poate ajuta sa lupti cu efectele antibioticelor (exista dovezi ca pot prelungi repopularea intestinala cu bacterii \u201ebune\u201d). Daca vrei sa incerci si tu suplimente probiotice, intreaba-ti medicul, pentru a evita orice efect secundar!<\/p>\n<p><b>Afla tot ce trebuie sa stii despre <a href=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/ce-sunt-probioticele\/\">beneficiile probioticelor<\/a> si ce alimente contin <a href=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/blog\/alimente-bogate-in-probiotice\/\">probiotice naturale<\/a> pe care sa le incluzi in dieta ta!<\/b><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">2. Apa alcalina<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-15648 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/apa.jpg\" alt=\"apa\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/apa.jpg 696w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/apa-324x182.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/>Apa a ajuns dintr-o substanta lichida teoretic gratuita pentru toata lumea, una monetizata intens. In afara de clasicele apa plata si apa minerala, raioanele supermaket-urilor si rafturile magazinelor destinate sportivilor au ajuns sa contina apa aromatizata, apa pentru bebelusi, apa cu vitamine, minerale, oxigen sau colagen, chiar si apa neagra alcalina \u2013 infuzata cu minerale vulcanice si electroliti&#8230; Vanzarile globale de apa alcalina erau estimate sa atinga 1 miliar de dolari in 2019, confom Zenith Global (companie de consultanta in domeniul alimentelor si bauturilor).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Apa alcalina are un nivel al pH-ului mai mare, prin urmare nu este la fel de acida ca apa obisnuita: pe aceasta scala de la 0 la 14 (de la foarte acid, la neutru si foarte alcalin\/bazic), apa alcalina are un pH de 8-9 (datorita adaugarii in ea a unor minerale \u2013 calciu, magneziu, potasiu), iar cea obisnuita are un pH neutru, de 7. Exista si acizi (acidul sulfuric), si baze (inalbitor) care te pot ucide, dar majoritatea au un pH plasat mai aproape de centrul scalei \u2013 7. Ca idee, substantele acide au un pH mai mic de 7 (cafeaua neagra \u2013 5, zeama de lamaie \u2013 2), iar substantele alcaline\/bazice au un pH mai mare de 7 (praful de copt \u2013 9, apa de mare \u2013 unul de 8). Sangele are un pH de 7,4, iar acidul gastric are un pH de 1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-14893 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/pahar-cu-apa.png\" alt=\"pahar cu apa\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/pahar-cu-apa.png 696w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/pahar-cu-apa-324x182.png 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/>In plus, apa alcalina are un potential negativ de reducere a oxidarii\/ORP (masura incarcaturii electrice, in milivolti). ORP-ul apei alcaline tine de abilitatea acesteia de a fi antioxidanta si cu cat valoarea ORP este mai negativa, cu atat apa este mai buna: o substanta cu un ORP de -400 mV este de 4 ori mai antioxidanta decat una cu un ORP de -100 mV; o substanta cu un ORP de +300 mV este de 3 ori mai oxidanta decat una cu un ORP de +100 mV. Apa de la robinet si cea imbuteliata au o valoare ORP pozitiva, iar cea alcalina are o valoare ORP negativa, putand lupta cu radicalii liberi din corp.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vocile din marketing o prezinta drept o apa care hidrateaza si detoxifica mai bine corpul, echilibreaza nivelul pH-ului (neutralizand acidul din organism), creste energia si chiar te ajuta sa slabesti si sa tii batranetea si cancerul la distanta. Evident, pretul pentru astfel de promisiuni este unul pe masura! Si atunci de ce spun unii nutritionisti ca apa alcalina nu-si merita banii? Motivele sunt multiple:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>este apa imbuteliata<\/strong> (deci costa de pana la 10.000 de ori mai mult decat apa de la robinet si produce miliarde de sticle de plastic, care polueaza mediul)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-15649 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/apa-imbuteliata.jpg\" alt=\"apa imbuteliata\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/apa-imbuteliata.jpg 696w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/apa-imbuteliata-324x182.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">singurele <strong>studii care spun ca hidrateaza mai eficient ca apa normala<\/strong> (in special in cazul sportivilor) au fost sponsorizate de companii care vand apa alcalina si realizate pe esantioane mici (<a href=\"https:\/\/jissn.biomedcentral.com\/articles\/10.1186\/1550-2783-7-29\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2010<\/a> \u2013 38 de subiecti, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC5126823\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2016<\/a> \u2013 100 de subiecti, <a href=\"https:\/\/journals.plos.org\/plosone\/article\/file?type=printable&amp;id=10.1371\/journal.pone.0205708\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2018<\/a> \u2013 16 subiecti); atletii stiu ca immportant e sa consume apa obisnuita, iar cei care adauga in ea bicarbonat de sodiu sau tablete de sare o fac din motive legate de preferinta personala, propriul metabolism, sportul practicat, clima si altitudinea la care are loc competitia<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>nu detoxifica<\/strong>, de asta se ocupa in mod natural rinichii, ficatul, intestinele si glandele tale sudoripare; organismul uman este creat astfel incat sa se detoxifice singur, dupa o masa picanta, un aport mai mare de lichide sau oboseala intensa<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>nu <\/strong><strong>reduce incidenta osteoporozei<\/strong> (o analiza din <a href=\"https:\/\/nutritionj.biomedcentral.com\/articles\/10.1186\/1475-2891-10-41\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2011<\/a> a 55 de studii despre alimentatii acide vs. alcaline si pierderea masei osoase a concluzionat ca nu exista o legatura intre mancarea si bauturile alcaline\/acide si osteoporoza)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-15650 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/oase-sanatoase.jpg\" alt=\"oase sanatoase\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/oase-sanatoase.jpg 696w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/oase-sanatoase-324x182.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>nu previne si nu trateaza cancerul<\/strong> (o cercetare din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/27297008\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2016<\/a> stabileste ca nu exista dovezi apropo de asta)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>nu trateaza refluxul acid<\/strong>, desi logic ar fi ca apa alcalina combate acidul; medicii explica insa ca acidul stomacal neutralizeaza rapid apa alcalina, inainte de absorbtia ei in sange; exista un studiu din <a href=\"https:\/\/journals.sagepub.com\/doi\/abs\/10.1177\/000348941212100702\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2012<\/a>\u00a0care arata ca apa alcalina cu pH de 8,8 blocheaza nivelul acidic stomacal (dar este facut in conditii de laborator, nu pe subiecti umani) si unul din <a href=\"https:\/\/jamanetwork.com\/journals\/jamaotolaryngology\/fullarticle\/2652893\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2017<\/a> care arata ca o alimentatie bazata pe plante combinata cu apa alcalina reduce simptomele regluxului laringofaringian la fel de bine ca medicamentele (dar cercetatorii spun ca schimbarile la nivel de dieta sunt motivul principal, nu apa alcalina, la care se poate renunta dupa imbunatatirea simptomelor)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>vine la pachet cu riscuri <\/strong>\u2013 poate contine contaminanti, iar consumata in exces poate provoca probleme gastrointestinale, iritatii ale pielii, dezechilibre ale pH-ului natural al organismului (alcaloza metabolica, manifestata prin stari de greata si voma, contractii musculare, furnicaturi la nivelul extremitatilor, confuzie, afectarea sanatatii oaselor)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote class=\"td_quote_box td_box_center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Descopera <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/descopera-cata-apa-trebuie-sa-bei-zilnic-pentru-o-viata-sanatoasa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cata apa trebuie sa bei zilnic, pentru o viata sanatoasa<\/a>!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">3. Am scris deja despre aceste tratamente detox, care sunt unul dintre cele <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/9-mituri-despre-nutritie-care-au-fost-daramate-in-2019\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">9 mituri despre nutritie care au fost daramate in 2019<\/a>. Amestecul de fructe, legume si verdeturi intr-un suc sau un smoothie are gust bun (o dovedesc toate retetele de bauturi de pe blogul Sano Vita), dar nu te poti baza exclusiv pe ele ca sursa de detoxifiere. Corpul tau va face singur asta, daca ii dai nutrientii necesari, prin intermediul ficatului, rinichilor, intestinelor si glandelor sudoripare \u2013 cum spuneam si mai sus. Amestecurile lichide pot doar ajuta procesul natural de detoxifiere.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sigur ca nu e nimic gresit in a-ti prepara acasa un suc <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/rosu-antioxidant-sau-verde-pentru-cresterea-imunitatii-tu-ce-tratament-detox-alegi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">rosu antioxidant sau unul verde pentru cresterea imunitatii<\/a>, dar pentru a beneficia de toti nutrientii din fructe, nutritionistii recomanda consumul lor ca atare, intregi.
