A le alege intotdeauna pe cele din urma este miscarea inteligenta, daca tii la sanatatea ta. Exista chair si o dieta fara alimente albe, care impune eliminarea din alimentatie a produselor procesate albe, pentru a scapa de kilogramele in plus si a-ti imbunatati valoarea glicemiei. Promotorii acesteia pun accentul pe variante mai colorate, mai pline de nutrienti si mai putin procesate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Evident ca nu toate alimentele albe la culoare sunt nocive si nu doar culoarea determina beneficiile unui produs alimentar: conopida, ceapa, usturoiul, ciupercile, nucile caju, semintele de susan, samburii de pin, fasolea alba si nuca de cocos sunt exemple de alimente nutritive, care merita incluse in dieta zilnica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In articolul de astazi iti dam exemple de 7 alimente albe pe care le poti elimina de pe lista ta de cumparaturi de acum inainte, iti spunem cu ce le poti inlocui si care sunt avantajele acestor schimbari alimentare.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">1. Faina si produsele de panificatie albe.<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-15536 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/paine-alba.jpg\" alt=\"paine alba\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/paine-alba.jpg 696w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/paine-alba-324x182.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/>Faina alba (rafinata) si produsele de panificatie care o au la baza (painea, covrigii, merdenelele, gogosile, checurile, cozonacii, prajiturile, torturile) intra la capitolul \u201eAsa nu\u201d, cand vine vorba despre alimentatie sanatoasa. De ce? Pentru ca faina alba este bogata in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/totul-despre-carbohidratii-rafinati\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">carbohidrati<\/a> si saraca in nutrienti: in procesul de rafinare, din bobul integral de cereale ramane doar endospermul, care contine carbohidrati, proteine si cantitati mici de minerale si vitamine; asta asigura ca produsul finit facut din faina alba va avea o textura mai fina, o culoare mai deschisa si o durata de viata mai mare pe raftul supermarketului. Taratele (exteriorul plin de antioxidanti, fibre si vitamine din grupul B-urilor) si germenele (miezul bogat in vitaminele E si B, proteine, minerale si grasimi nesaturate) sunt eliminate din peisaj.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"td_quote_box td_box_center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Descopera de ce <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/covrigul-o-pacaleala-de-peste-200-de-calorii\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">covrigul este o pacaleala de peste 200 de calorii<\/a><\/em>!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Inlocuieste-le cu: faina integrala.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-15538 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/paine-integrala.jpg\" alt=\"paine integrala\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/paine-integrala.jpg 696w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/paine-integrala-324x182.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/>Cumpara din comert produse de panificatie integrale (sau care au graul\/ovazul\/orzul integral ca prima mentiune, pe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/cum-citesti-corect-lista-de-ingrediente-pentru-a-face-alegeri-mai-sanatoase\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">lista de ingrediente<\/a>) si gateste acasa propriile retete folosind doar faina integrala, care are in compozitie intregul bob (nu doar endospermul) si, prin urmare, iti aduce un aport nutritional valoros si natural. Dar cele albe nu sunt o idee buna: la fel ca in cazul painii, pastele din faina rafinata nu stau prea bien la capitolul nutrienti, iar faptul ca tindem mereu sa mancam portii mai mari decat ar fi normal contribuie la unaport excesiv de calorii si ingrasare. Asa ca investeste intr-o ustensila de portionat pastele lungi, nu fierbe mai mult de 30 g de paste uscate scurte de persoana cand gatesti si fa miscarea de mai jos!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Inlocuieste-le cu: paste integrale sau paste din leguminoase.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-15540 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/paste-integrale.jpg\" alt=\"paste integrale\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/paste-integrale.jpg 696w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/paste-integrale-324x182.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/>In loc de paste albe, cumpara cu unele din cereale integrale sau chiar din leguminoase (pentru un aport si mai mare de fibre si proteine): exista pe piata variante din grau dur, orez brun, secara, ovaz, mazare, bambus, alge marine, spanac, naut, fasole, canepa, hrisca, amarant, teff, quinoa si nu numai. Rezultatul unui proces industrial, orezul alb ajunge pufos si bogat in amidon, calorii si carbohidrati. Pentru ca nu are proteine si fibre, este usor sa mananci prea mult.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Inlocuieste-l cu: orez brun sau negru, quinoa, cuscus, amarant sau bulgur.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cel mai simplu inlocuitor al orezului alb este orezul brun sau negru (care nu sunt procesate la fel), iar studiile dovedesc ca orezul brun afecteaza glicemia mult mai putin decat orezul alb (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/30321274\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2018<\/a>). Plin de calorii si carbohidrati simpli, digerat si absorbit rapid in sange, zaharul alb este cea mai nociva forma de zahar adaugat. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/zahar-brut-sau-zahar-alb\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Zaharul brut<\/a> contine nutrienti suplimentari, dar este tot o forma de zahar adaugat, ca si siropul de agave, siropul de curmale, siropul de artar si mierea (care pot constitui <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/cu-ce-inlocuiesti-zaharul-alb-alternative-naturale-pentru-o-alimentatie-sanatoasa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">alternative mai sanatoase la zaharul alb<\/a>, dar doar daca sunt consumate cu masura, din cand in cand \u2013 daca faci <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/clatite-americane\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">clatite americane<\/a> in fiecare weekend si iti torni o cana intreaga de sirop de artar deasupra, nu ajungi nicaieri).<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Inlocuieste-l cu: fructe.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-15542 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/fructe.jpg\" alt=\"fructe\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/fructe.jpg 696w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/fructe-324x182.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/>Cea mai buna decizie pe care o poti lua este sa renunti la orice forma de zahar adaugat si sa treci pe fructe! Acestea sunt forme naturale de dulce, contin zaharuri simple, vitamine, minerale, fibre si antioxidanti, minimizand astfel efectele negative asupra glicemiei tale (explica o analiza din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/27754404\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2016<\/a>). Evident, vorba din batrani legata de \u201esarea-n bucate\u201d are rostul ei, dar poti reducee aportul de sare de masa fara a face compromisuri legate de aroma retetelor tale. Cum? Prin a renunta la alimentele procesate si sarate bine din comert (conserve, condimente gata amestecate, supe la plic, mancare semi-preparata). Aportul excesiv de sare este asociat cu riscul crescut de boli cardiace si de rinichi, atac cerebral si obezitate (noteaza un studiu din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/29941792\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2018<\/a>).<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Inlocuieste-o cu: mirodenii si condimente aromate.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Redu cantitatea de sare pe care o adaugi in mancarea gatita acasa, inlocuind-o cu mirodenii si condimente aromate, colorate si sanatoase: amestec de legume uscate pentru mancare, oregano, busuioc, cimbru, rozmarin, scortisoara, turmeric, paprika, cuisoare. Cartofii albi.<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-15544 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/cartofi-prajiti.jpg\" alt=\"cartofi prajiti\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/cartofi-prajiti.jpg 696w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/cartofi-prajiti-324x182.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/>Cartofii albi nu sunt nesanatosi; in stare cruda, contin: apa, carbohidrati (pana la 90% din greutate, in mare parte amidon si in mica parte zaharuri simple), vitamine (C, B-uri, K), minerale (potasiu, mangan, magneziu, fosfor, cupru, fier, zinc, calciu), antioxidanti (flavonoide, carotenoide, acizi fenolici), fibre (majoritatea insolubile), proteine, 0 grasimi si gluten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Profilul nutritional al cartofilor difera in functie de tip (cei rosii contin mai putine calorii, carbohidrati si fibre, dar mai multa Vitamina B3 si K) si de modalitatea in care ii gatesti: coaja contine mare parte din nutrienti; prajirea le creste cantitatea de grasimi; daca ii fierbi si ii mananci reci, le scade indicele glicemic cu 25% si le creste cantitatea de amidon rezistent benefic glicemiei; cartofii fierti sunt de 7 ori mai satiosi decat croissantele (conform unui studiu din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/7498104\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">1995<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Deci problema apropo de cartofii albi este prepararea lor: daca ii mananci mereu prajiti si fara coaja, acoperiti de topping-uri grase ori sub forma de chips-uri, mai bine ii elimini din camara. Un studiu din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/19631041\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2009<\/a> (efectuat pe 42.696 de participanti, timp de 5 ani), a observat o legatura directa intre consumul de cartofi si cresterea circumferintei taliei la femei. Alta cercetare (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.nejm.org\/doi\/full\/10.1056\/NEJMoa1014296\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2011<\/a>, pe 120.000 de persoane) a concluzionat ca chips-urile si cartofii sunt cei mai mari \u201evinovati\u201d cand vine vorba despre ingrasare, fiecare portie zilnica insemnand 0,77, respectiv 0,58 kg in plus, in medie.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Inlocuieste-i cu: legume colorate.<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-15545 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/legume.jpg\" alt=\"legume\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/legume.jpg 696w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/legume-324x182.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/>Pentru a evita tentatia, inlocuieste cartofii albi cu cei rosii, dulci sau cu alte legume cat mai colorate: mazare, dovleac, dovlecei, rosii, morcovi, ardei, conopida, broccoli, sparanghel, varza. Cercetari din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/25772260\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2015<\/a> si\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/29751617\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2018<\/a> indica faptul ca legumele divers colorate sunt asociate cu un risc redus de boli cronice (de inima, cancer de colon).<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">7.
