curaja de samburi ardeiul capia; taie toate legumele in cuburi egale, apoi adauga-le in oala si lasa-le pe foc 5 minute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adauga in oala foile de dafin, conserva de rosii, zdrobeste rosiile cu spatele unei linguri de lemn si amesteca totul bine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adauga sare si piper, dupa gust.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Asteapta ca mancarea de dovlecei sa dea in clocot, apoi da focul la minim si lasa oala la fiert, amestecand din cand in cand, pana cand cartofii se inmoaie si sosul se intareste, apoi stinge focul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Spala bine patrunjelul sau mararul si toaca-l marunt, adaugandu-l peste oala cu mancare de dovlecei; serveste-o imediat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii reteta Mancare de dovlecei<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Poti pastra aceasta mancare de dovlecei la frigider timp de cateva zile sau o poti congela (in caserole acoperite, lasand 2-3 cm liberi in partea superioara, pentru ca volumul va creste).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Poti pregati aceasta mancare de dovlecei folosid cartofi dulci (in loc de cartofi albi) sau chiar fara cartofi: inlocuieste-i cu fasole sau naut fierte in prealabil (ori din conserva), vinete, tulpini de telina sau fasole verde.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>In loc de o conserva de rosii in sos tomat poti folosi 3-4 rosii mari si coapte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Din punct de vedere botanic, dovleceii sunt fructe?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Suculentul dovlecel se dezvolta cel mai bine in climat cald si sol umed si fertile, poate fi recoltat la 35-60 de zile de la plantare si este cel mai aromat daca este cules cand are 10-20 cm lungime?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Dovleceii pot imbunatati digestia te pot ajuta sa slabesti (multumita continutului ridicat de fibre si apa), pot incetini imbatranirea (gratie antioxidantilor pe care ii contin), iti confera mai multa energie (datorita complexului de Vitamine B) si iti pot ajuta circulatia sangvina (fiind slabi in sodiu si grasimi, dar bogati in fibre si potasiu)?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Consumati cu tot cu coaja, dovleceii iti aduc un aport sanatos de polifenoli si Vitamina C, care imbunatatesc functiile glandei tiroide si suprarenale?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text]<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aceasta mancare de dovlecei este un fel de inspiratie italiana care merge de minune cu paine de casa sau crutoane si care poate fi adaptata, dupa preferinte: in loc de cartofi, poti folosi fasole, naut, vinete sau telina.
