De aceea sunt extrem de nutritive si \u2013 incluse in alimentatia noastra \u2013 sunt o sursa concentrata de antioxidanti, fibre, proteine vegetale, enzime, grasimi sanatoase (mono- si polinesaturate), vitamine si minerale. Indiferent de marime, culoare si forma, semintele sunt usor de incorporat in dieta ta zilnica (in paine de casa, salate, smoothie-uri, cereale integrale sau pe post de gustare rapida) si nu trebuie sa mananci o tona pentru a te bucura de beneficiile lor (o portie tipica are doar 28 de grame).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alege intotdeauna seminte raw, naturale, neprajite, necoapte si fara adaos de sare sau zahar (pe care le poti manca asa sau le poti inmuia in apa sau pisa). Incorporate intr-un regim de viata sanatos, semintele pot reduce glicemia, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/totul-despre-colesterol-tipuri-factori-de-risc-si-cum-pastrezi-nivelul-optim\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">colesterolul<\/a>, tensiunea sangvina si riscul anumitor boli. Pentru a accesa toti nutrientii din semintele de in, consuma-le inmuiate in multa apa (pot absorbi de pana la 6 ori greutatea proprie) ori macinate (au un strat exterior dur si pot trece nedigerate prin intestine). Semintele de chia sunt plasate in numeroase clasamente nutritionale, deoarece sunt cea mai bogata sursa vegetala de acizi grasi Omega-3 (au de 8 ori mai multi decat somonul), contin de 2,5 ori mai multe proteine decat fasolea, de 3 ori mai multi antioxidanti decat afinele si de 3 ori mai mult fier decat spanacul, de 6 ori mai mult calciu decat laptele, de 7 ori mai multa Vitamina C decat portocalele, de 10 ori mai multe fibre decat orezul si de 15 ori mai mult magneziu decat gasesti in broccoli.
