poti folosi spanac proaspat sau congelat pentru acesta reteta de sos de spanac si anghinare: daca alegi prima varianta, trage-l in tigaie putin, scurge-l si taie-l; daca alegi a doua varianta, lasa-l la dezghetat si scurge-l bine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Intr-un blender vertical, adauga nucile caju inmuiate si scurse de apa, fulgii de drojdie inactiva uscata, cateii de usturoi (curatati de coaja si taiati marunt), zeama de lamaie, laptele de migdale, sare si piper;
