O combinatie buna este urmatoarea: 3 ani de faina de migdale + 1 \u00bd cana <a href=\"https:\/\/sanovita.ro\/amidon-din-porumb-250g-248.html\">amidon de porumb<\/a> + \u00be cana faina de cocos + \u00be cana amidon de tapioca. Cultivata pentru boabele sale sunt triunghiulare, asemanatoare la gust cu graul, hrisca nu contine gluten, dar este bogata in aminoacizi, vitamine (B1, B3 si B6), minerale (mangan, magneziu, fosfor, cupru, fier si zinc), fibre (100 g au 36% din doza zilnica recomandata\/DZR) si proteine (100 g au 26% din DZR), avand putine grasimi. Odata macinat, se transforma intr-o faina bogata in fibre (100 g au 12% din DZR), proteine (100 g au 22% din DZR), minerale (seleniu, fier, mangan, magnezu, fosfor si zinc), vitamine (B1, B3 si B6), dar saraca in grasimi. Nu consuma foarte multa faina de mei daca ai hipotiroidism, pentru ca boala iti va fi exacerbata. Faina de mei va da preparatelor tale o aroma asemanatoare nucilor, o culoare cremoasa si o textura sfaramicioasa, de blat de tort. Si poate fi folosita in paine, aluat de pizza si lipii de casa, briose, clatite frantuzesti si americane, waffles, rulouri cu scortisoara, prajituri.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">3. Asemanatoare ca gust si textura fainii de grau, cu faina de sorg poti face paine, lipii, prajituri, waffles, placinte, torturi bundt.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">4. Faina de amarant<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-14902 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/amarant.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"588\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/amarant.jpg 588w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/amarant-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 588px) 100vw, 588px\" \/>Aceasta pseudo-cereala este cultivata pentru semintele, frunzele si radacina comestibile, dar si pe post de planta ornamentala. Trei specii de amarant sunt cultivate pentru seminte: <em>Amarantus cruenus<\/em>, <em>Amarantus<\/em> <em>hypochondriacus<\/em> si <em>Amarantus caudatus<\/em>. Faina de amarant este bogata in lizina (aminoacid absent din multe alte cereale), proteine, fier, calciu si fibre (si absoarbe usor lichidul, deci trebuie incorporata bine in retete, pentru a nu obtine un rezultat prea dens). Faina de amarant poate folosita pentu a face tortillas, clatite, briose, crackers, prajituri.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">5. Uscate si macinte, boabele se transforma intr-o faina de naut bogata in fibre (100 g au 39% din DZR), proteine (100 g au 45% din DZR), vitamine (B1, B6) si minerale (cupru, mangan, magneziu, fosfor, fier, zinc, potasiu si seleniu).
