In Statele Unite, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nationaleatingdisorders.org\/what-are-eating-disorders\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">se estimeaza<\/a> ca peste 20 de milioane de femei si 10 milioane de barbati au\/vor avea o tulburare de alimentatie la un moment dat, in viata. In articolul de fata, am pus cap la cap informatii despre cele mai comune 9 tipuri de astfel de probleme alimentare.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Ce sunt tulburarile alimentare?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tulburarile de alimentatie constau intr-o varietate de conditii psihologice care duc la aparitia de obiceiuri alimentare nesanatoase. Acestea pot incepe cu o obsesie pentru mancare, aspectul corporal si greutatea proprie si pot avea consecinte nefaste, daca nu sunt tratate. Simptomele diverselor tulburari alimentare includ restrictionarea severa a mancarii, mancatul, vomitatul si sportul in exces. Desi oricine poate dezvolta o astfel de tulburare, majoritatea pacientilor sunt adolescenti si femei tinere.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Care sunt cauzele tulburarilor de alimentatie?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Expertii cred ca tulburarile alimentare sunt cauzate de o multitudine de factori. Doua persoane cu aceeasi problema alimentara pot avea perspective, experiente si simptome diferite, acesti factori interactionand diferit, in functie de pacient. In general, specialistii impart factorii de risc in cele trei categorii principale de mai jos.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. Factori biologici:<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-15274 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/mostenire-genetica-familie.jpg\" alt=\"mostenire genetica familie\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/mostenire-genetica-familie.jpg 696w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/mostenire-genetica-familie-324x182.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>mostenire genetica <\/strong>(rude de gradul I cu tulburari de alimentatie; daca un geaman se imbolnaveste de o astfel de boala, sansele ca si celalalt sa o faca sunt de 50%, in medie, conform unei cercetari din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/26095891\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2015<\/a>)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>boli psihice in familie<\/strong> (anxietate, depresie, dependenta)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>istoric personal care include cure de slabire si alte metode de control a greutatii <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>un echilibru energetic negativ<\/strong> (arzi mai multe calorii decat mananci)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ai diabet de tip 1 <\/strong>(daca sari peste injectiile de insulina faci diabulimie)<strong>, anemie, malnutritie sau esti insarcinata <\/strong>(ai deficiente nutritionale, pe care corpul incearca sa le regleze)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">2. Factori sociali:<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-15276 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/bullying.jpg\" alt=\"bullying\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/bullying.jpg 696w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/bullying-324x182.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>stigma legata de greutate <\/strong>(stereotipul omniprezent conform caruia \u201edaca esti slaba esti mai sanatoasa\/frumoasa\/atragatoare\/desteapta\u201d)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>teasing si bullying,<\/strong> <strong>la scoala si in familie<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nationaleatingdisorders.org\/bullying\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pana la 65%<\/a> dintre persoanele afectate de tulburari alimentare spun ca bullying-ul a contribuit la asta)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>interiorizare ideala a aspectului<\/strong> (crezi cu tarie in \u201ecorpul ideal\u201d definit de societate)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>aculturatie<\/strong> (influentele vestice asupra minoritatilor etnice\/rasiale; de exemplu, la 3 ani de la aparitia televiziunii vestice in Fiji, 74% dintre femeile de aici se simteau prea grase, 69% tineau cure de slabire si 11% vomitau periodic pentru a slabi, noteaza <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nationaleatingdisorders.org\/risk-factors\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">nationaleatingdisorders.org<\/a>)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>retele sociale limitate<\/strong> (singuratatea si izolarea)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>trauma istorica<\/strong><strong>\/<\/strong><strong>intergenerationala<\/strong> (supravietuitorii Holocaustului, amerindienii, victimele colonizarii europene)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Cele mai comune 9 tipuri de tulburari alimentare<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Simptomele problemelor alimentare de mai jos trebuie sa trimita pe oricine la un medic specialist, pentru investigatiile si tratamentul corespunzatoare.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">1. Anorexia nervoasa<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-15272 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/fundita-simbol-anorexie-bulimie.png\" alt=\"fundita simbol anorexie bulimie\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/fundita-simbol-anorexie-bulimie.png 696w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/fundita-simbol-anorexie-bulimie-324x182.png 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/>Probabil cea mai cunoscuta tulburare de alimentatie, anorexia apare in general in adolescenta, mai ales la fete si se manifesta prin convingerea ca sunt prea grase, desi pot fi periculos de subnutrite comparativ cu normalul. Pacientele isi monitorizeaza constant si obsesiv greutatea, se tem de orice gram depus si de mancatul in public, evita anumite tipuri de alimente si consuma foarte putine calorii. Anorexia nervoasa este de doua tipuri: pentru a se restrictiona caloric, pacientele pot tine post negru si face sport in exces sau pot manca foarte mult si apoi vomita\/lua laxative\/diuretice. Organismul anorexic este intr-un ciclu de auto-infometare, fiind lipsit de nutrientii esentiali si fortat sa isi incetineasca toate procesele, pentru a conserva energie: in timp, anorexia produce crampe intestinale, ameteala, infertilitate, afecteaza imunitatea, somnul, duritatea oaselor, dintilor, parului si unghiilor, inima si creierul.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">2. Bulimia nervoasa<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-15278 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/sport.jpg\" alt=\"sport\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/sport.jpg 696w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/sport-324x182.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/>Bulimia tinde sa apara in adolescenta, mai des in randul fetelor si se manifesta prin consumul de cantitati mari de alimente (pe care le-ar evita, de obicei) intr-o anume perioada de timp (\u201ebinge eating\u201d), persoana simtind ca nu se poate controla si mancand pana simte ca nu mai poate. Pentru a scapa de durerile de burta si de caloriile consumate, aceasta isi induce voma, tine post negru, foloseste laxative, diuretice, clisme sau face sport in exces. Bulimicele isi pastreaza o greutate relativ normala, se tem sa manance in public, dispar des la baie dupa masa, beau foarte multa apa si ascund mancare in locuri ciudate. Bulimia poate avea drept consecinta inflamarea gatului si a glandelor salivare, afectarea dintilor, deshidratarea severa, probleme hormonale, dezechilibru de electroliti (care poate produce atacuri cerebrale\/de inima).<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">3. Hiperfagia\/Bulimia fara compensatie<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-15279 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/vedere.jpg\" alt=\"vedere\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/vedere.jpg 696w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/vedere-324x182.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/>Hiperfagia debuteaza in copilarie\/adolescenta si se manifesta prin consumul de cantitati foarte mari de alimente odata, vinovatie legata de asta, dar nu si de masuri compensatorii (vomitat, laxative, sport, post negru). Consecintele hiperfagiei: dificultati de concentrare, crampe intestinale, kilograme in plus\/obezitate, boli de inima, diabet de tip 2, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/efectul-yo-yo-si-memoria-corpului-tau\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">efectul yo-yo<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">4. Pica<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pica implica consumul de non-alimente, care nu au valoare nutritionala: pamant, pietricele, gheata, creta, vopsea uscata, sapun, hartie, panza, lana, detergent, par, amidon. Aceasta tulburare alimentara apare cel mai des la copii, femei insarcinate si persoane cu probleme psihice. Si are drept riscuri otravirea, infectiile, problemele stomacale si deficientele nutritionale.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">5. Sindromul de ruminatie<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-15273 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/pere.jpg\" alt=\"pere\" width=\"551\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/pere.jpg 551w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/pere-324x231.jpg 324w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/pere-100x70.jpg 100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 551px) 100vw, 551px\" \/>Aceasta tulburare de alimentatie implica regurgitarea regulata a alimentelor consumate, care pot fi mestecate, reinghitite sau scuipate, fara ca acest proces sa provoace bolnavului sentimente de dezgust, greata sau stres. Sindromul de ruminatie apare la 30 de minute dupa masa, este ceva voluntar, poate duce la malnutritie severa si apare la copii si la adulti.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">6. Evitarea\/restrictionarea aportului alimentar (ARFID)<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">ARFID este noul nume dat tulburarii alimentare selective, apare in copilarie si implica limitatea cantitatii si tipurilor de alimente mancate, dar nu si stres in legatura cu greutatea. Bolnavii nu suporta anumite culori, gusturi, texturi si temperaturi ale mancarii, deci refuza sa le consume, ceea ce duce la deficiente calorice si nutritionale, kilograme in minus si probleme sociale (mancatul in comun).<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"td_quote_box td_box_center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/ai-un-copil-mofturos-la-masa-afla-de-ce-face-nazuri-si-cum-rezolvi-situatia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ai un copil mofturos la masa? Tulburare de purjare<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-15280 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/post-negru.jpg\" alt=\"post negru\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/post-negru.jpg 696w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/post-negru-324x182.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/>Persoanele care sufera de asa ceva elimina alimentele mancate prin inducerea starii de voma, folosirea de laxative, diuretice, sport excesiv sau post negru (pentru a slabi sau a-si mentine greutatea), dar nu mananca in exces inainte.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">8. Sindromul mancatului nocturn<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bolnavii mananca recurent si excesiv dupa masa de seara si\/sau in timpul noptii, dupa ce s-au trezit din somn.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">9. Ortorexia<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-15281 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/broccoli.jpg\" alt=\"broccoli\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/broccoli.jpg 696w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/broccoli-324x182.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/>Ortorexia este mentionata din ce in ce mai des in studiile stiintifice si in presa (desi nu a fost oficial recunoscuta ca o tulburare alimentara de sine-statatoare) si este o obsesie legata de calitatea, nu cantitatea alimentelor (\u201emancarea sanatoasa\u201d), care dezechilibreaza viata de zi cu zi a bolnavului. Acesta verifica mereu listele nutritionale de ingrediente de pe produsele cumparate, renunta complet la anumite grupe alimentare (dulciuri, carbohidrati, lactate, carne, produse animale), nu mananca decat un numar mic de alimente pe care le considera \u201epure\u201d, este extrem de interesat de cum arata dieta altora.
