piperul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Mixeaza toate aceste ingrediente pana obtii un sos cremos si omogen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Transfera sosul olandez (hollandaise) intr-un bol de sticla si fierbe-l la bain-marie (plasand bolul deasupra unei cratite cu apa, pe foc, astfel incat continutul sa fiarba gratie aburilor, fara a intra in contact cu apa), amestecand din cand in cand, pana cand se incalzeste si se ingroasa putin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Serveste acest sos olandez (hollandaise) vegetal justify;\">\n<li>Otetul alb din lista de ingrediente confera cel mai bun echilibru de arome in aceasta reteta de sos olandez (hollandaise) vegetal, dar il poti inlocui cu otet din cidru de mere, daca
