Odata ce cresti, intelegi insa ca statutul de a fi om mare vine la pachet cu responsabilitati legate de propria sanatate alimentara si ca doar tu poti avea grija sa fii un adult sanatos si sa imbatranesti avand in tolba cat mai putine probleme de sanatate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sfaturile sanatoase de lifestyle abunda in contemporaneitate: de la a incepe fiecare zi cu un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/de-ce-este-micul-dejun-cea-mai-importanta-masa-zilei\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">mic dejun (cea mai importanta masa a zilei)<\/a>, pana la a evita fumatul si alcoolul, de la nutritionisti pana la site-urile specializate de pe Internet care ne indeamna sa traim mai bine. De aceea, astazi punem putina ordine in multitudinea de informatii, cu un articol si un infografic utile care contin 10 sfaturi sanatoase de lifestyle pentru adulti.
