Dincolo de celebra sare in bucate, repertoriul nostru culinar s-a extins, pentru a cuprinde numeroase mirodenii care dau gust, culoare si aroma felurilor dulci si sarate de mancare. Daca si tu ai rafturile pline de pungute si borcanele cu nucsoara, cuisoare, rosii deshidratate, seminte de telina si de fenicul, coriandru, rozmarin, salvie, cimbru, marar, curry, mustar pudra si paprika, atunci analizeaza articolul si infograficul de mai jos, pentru a-ti pune ordine in condimente, a afla cum le depozitezi cel mai bine si a-ti extinde repertoriul culinar fara a constata ca ai cumparat mirodenii in exces si trebuie sa le arunci, pentru ca au expirat fara a fi folosite (da, condimentele expira!).<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">De ce condimentele nu trebuie sa-ti lipseasca din bucatarie<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-15153 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/condimente-diverse.jpg\" alt=\"condimente diverse\" width=\"589\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/condimente-diverse.jpg 589w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/condimente-diverse-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 589px) 100vw, 589px\" \/>Unii spun ca sezonul condimentelor incepe la finalul verii si inceputul toamnei, cand nimic nu te incalzeste mai bine decat o cana de ceai bogat in antioxidanti (in care ai presarat putin cardamom, pentru a-ti stimula digestia si metabolismul) si nimic nu iti opreste pofta de dulce mai bine ca o placinta de dovleac cu nucsoara si scortisoara. Odata cu venirea frigului, vei gati feluri mai consistente si mai satioase, in oale maricele, pe aragaz sau in cuptor, iar cand iti bat la usa Sarbatorile de iarna, iti vei parfuma casa cu prajituri si fursecuri aromate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Indiferent de anotimp, condimentele te ajuta sa dai o noua viata resturilor din frigider (si sa reduci, astfel, risipa alimentara si financiara a familiei tale, avand o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/cum-arata-o-alimentatie-sustenabila-ce-spun-expertii\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">alimentatie sustenabila<\/a>), sa modifici textura unei salate obisnuite si sa dai un <em>je ne sais quoi <\/em>\u00a0unei budinci pe care o gatesti de fiecare data la fel. Scortisoara, piperul, cardamomul, ghimbirul si turmericul erau utilizate in scop culinar, medical si religios, iar negotul cu mirodenii a fost dominat, pe rand, de arabi si chinezi (inainte de aparitia crestinismului), romani (in primele 5 secole d.Hr.), venetieni (secolele X-XV), portughezi (secolul XVI), olandezi (secolul XVII) si britanici (secolul XIX). Astazi platim bani buni doar pe sofran si pastai de vanilie, dar acum sute de ani aproape orice condiment era dificil de gasit si extrem de scump: umilul piper era ceva neintalnit in casele oamenilor de rand, iar cei instariti pastrau mirodeniile exotice pentru ocazii festive.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Cum ai grija de condimente, in bucatarie?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pentru a nu uita sa le folosesti, a vedea imediat ce cantitate ai din fiecare si a-ti reface stocul la timp, nu depozita condimentele indesate intr-un dulap sau un sertar, ci tine-le la vedere: pe un raft, in cutii transparente cu magnet, prinse pe o tablita metalica (deasupra blatului de lucru) sau pe frigider, in borcanele asezate intr-un suport rotativ (tinut pe blatul din bucatarie). Fie ca vrei sa faci ordine in muntele de borcanele cu mirodenii din camara sau ca abia te-ai apucat de gatit si vrei sa stii cum sta treaba, descopera mai jos lista noastra de 10 condimente esentiale in orice bucatarie!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">1. Acest condiment portocaliu intens da culoare retetelor in care este utilizat si se obtine din rizomul uscat al plantei <em>Curcuma longa<\/em>, care este inrudita cu ghimbirul.
