dupa ce s-a fiert, scurge-o bine de apa si las-o la racit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pregateste sosul de branza vegan, conform retetei de pe blogul nostru.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Preincalzeste cuptorul la 200<sup>o<\/sup> C si tapeteaza o tava termorezistenta cu hartie de copt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Curata cartofii de coaja, taie-i in cubulete, clateste-i bine si apoi adauga-i intr-un bol.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Presara deasupra cartofilor \u00bd lingura de ulei, \u00bd lingurita pudra de ceapa, \u00bc lingurita paprika afumata, chimionul intreg, sare si piper (dupa gust); amesteca bine toate ingredientele din bol si apoi transfera-le in tava pregatita anterior, intinzand cartofii intr-un strat uniform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Da tava la cuptorul preincalzit 30 de minute sau pana se coc si devin aurii.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>In timp ce cartofii sunt la cuptor, curata, spala si taie marunt ciupercile, ceapa, rosiile, usturoiul, fructul de avocado, ardeiul gras si varza rosie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Incinge restul de ulei intr-o tigaie antiaderenta, adauga ceapa, ciupercile si ardeiul gras si lasa-le sa se inmoaie, la foc mediu, timp de 5 minute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adauga in tigaie usturoiul, rosiile si condimentele ramase (lingurita de oregano, chimionul pudra, \u00bd lingurita pudra de ceapa, \u00be lingurita paprika afumata), amesteca-le bine si mai lasa tigaia pe foc alte 1-2 minute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Intinde pe blatul de lucru 2 lipii si umple-le cu 2-3 linguri din fiecare element preparat anterior: amestecul de legume din tigaie, fasolea rosie fiarta, cartofii copii, cateva felii de avocado, putina varza rosie si putin sos de branza.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pliaza lateralele fiecarei lipii spre interior, ruleaza fiecare burrito, strange-l bine si prajeste-le cateva minute intr-o tigaie, pana devine usor auriu;
