Domeniu care este adesea plin de sfaturi contradictorii, explicatii confuze si studii deficitare (prost executate sau platite de companii din domeniul studiat). In ultimele 12 luni, ne-am lamurit \u2013 de exemplu \u2013 care este adevarul despre grasime si suplimentele de vitamine\/minera sau de ce nu tuturor ni se potriveste acelasi stil alimentar. Citeste articolul nostru de mai jos, pentru a descoperi toate cele 9 mituri nutritionale daramate in anul care se incheie in curand!<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">1. Superalimentele te salveaza de orice.<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-15091 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/afine-superalimente.jpg\" alt=\"afine superalimente\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/afine-superalimente.jpg 696w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/afine-superalimente-324x182.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/>Superalimentele sunt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/superalimentele-vedetele-bucatariei-vegetariene\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">vedetele bucatariei vegetariene<\/a> si sunt destule studii care le dovedesc beneficiile: de la fructele de padure ai caror antioxidanti\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/21168307\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">lupta cu pierderea memoriei<\/a>, radicalii liberi si imbatranirea, la strugurii ai caror polifenoli <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC2728695\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">lupta impotriva bolilor cardiovasculare<\/a>. Dar \u2013 asa cum am mai scris pe blogul Sano Vita \u2013 superalimentele nu exista, nutritional vorbind. Acest termen a fost creat la inceputul secolului XX, pentru a denumi aceste produse sanatoase de origine vegetala, dar este folosit doar de publicul larg, nu si de expertii in domeniu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Consiliul European de Informatii Alimentare (EUFIC), o organizatie non-profit care promoveaza o viata sanatoasa si sustenabila, explica <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eufic.org\/en\/healthy-living\/article\/the-science-behind-superfoods-are-they-really-super\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">pe site-ul propriu<\/a> ca ideea de superalimente ne fascineaza, stiinta a demonstrat ca anumite componente sunt benefice sanatatii umane, dar studiile sunt facute in laborator, pe animale sau folosind cantitati mult prea mari din respectivul aliment, astfel incat rezultatele lor nu sunt aplicabile in realitate (nu stim cum vor actiona aceste\u00a0 superalimente intr-o alimentatie care contine multe alte elemente). In plus, ideea ca doar anumite produse sunt \u201esuper\u201d creeaza in mintea consumatorului impresia ca altele nu au aceiasi nutrienti: merele, morcovii si ceapa, de exemplu, sunt pline de betacaroten, fibre si quercetina, dar nu le gasesti pe listele de superalimente. \u201eEste nerealist sa te astepti ca un numar restrans de \u00absuperalimente\u00bb sa ne imbunatateasca semnificativ starea de bine\u201d, explica EUFIC.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"td_quote_box td_box_center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Descopera <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/14-superalimente-de-la-a-la-z-de-ce-si-cum-sa-le-consumi-infografic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em>14 superalimente si cum sa le consumi<\/em><\/a>!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">2. Majoritatea expertilor in nutritie recomanda consumul grasimilor care sunt lichide la temperatura camerei si bogate in grasimi nesaturate (ulei de masline, de exemplu) si restrictionarea celor solide la temperatura camerei si bogate in grasimi saturate si <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/ce-efect-au-asupra-sanatatii-alimentele-de-tip-fast-food-si-grasimile-trans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">grasimi trans<\/a> (ca cele din produse fast-food, lactate si carne, de exemplu).<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"td_quote_box td_box_center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong><em>Citeste <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/ghidul-complet-al-grasimilor-grasimi-sanatoase-vs-grasimi-nocive\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ghidul complet al grasimilor si descopera care sunt sanatoase si care sunt nocive<\/a><\/em> !<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">3. O calorie este doar o calorie.<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-15093 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/gogosi.jpg\" alt=\"gogosi\" width=\"514\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/gogosi.jpg 514w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/gogosi-324x247.jpg 324w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/gogosi-80x60.jpg 80w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 514px) 100vw, 514px\" \/>De fapt, conteaza foarte mult daca iti iei 100 kcal din legume sau din prajituri, iar calitatea alimentatiei tale poate avea un efect direct asupra a cat de mult mananci si cat ajungi sa cantaresti. In mai 2019, nutritionistii de la National Institutes of Health (SUA) au publicat un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cell.com\/cell-metabolism\/fulltext\/S1550-4131(19)30248-7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">studiu<\/a> care trage un semnal de alarma in acest sens: 20 de adulti (10 femei si 10 barbati) cu o greutate stabila au fost observati strict, intr-un mediu de laborator, in care au mancat izolati, cat de mult au dorit in ora rezervata mesei, de 3 ori\/zi; timp de 2 saptamani, au primit doar alimente ultraprocesate, apoi in urmatoarele 2 saptamani au primit doar alimente naturale proaspete; mancarea a fost exact la fel din punct de vedere al caloriilor si cantitatii de proteine, grasimi, carbohidrati, fibre, sare si zahar; cercetatorii le-au masurat schimbarile in nivelul insulinei, glucozei din sange, poftei de mancare, si multi alti factori fizici si metabolici.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Concluzia? Cand au avut o alimentatie ultraprocesata, subiectii au consumat mai multe calorii (cu 508 kcal in plus\/zi, in special carbohidrati si grasimi) si s-au ingrasat cu 0,9 kg; cand au avut o alimentatie naturala, au slabit 0,9 kg.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">4. Suplimentele alimentare sunt la fel de bune ca un aliment intreg.<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-15089 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/suplimente-alimentare.jpg\" alt=\"suplimente alimentare\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/suplimente-alimentare.jpg 696w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/suplimente-alimentare-324x182.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/>Asa cum am scris deja pe blogul Sano Vita, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/prea-multe-vitamine-si-minerale-strica-ce-se-intampla-cand-faci-exces\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">prea multe vitamine si minerale strica<\/a> si doar un doctor este in masura sa iti spuna daca ai nevoie de suplimente alimentare. In principiu, alimentatia de zi cu zi trebuie sa iti asigure un aport echilibrat si suficient de vitamine si minerale. In 2019, specialistii in domeniu au intarit aceasta idee si ne-au spus ca nu exista scurtaturi apropo de alimentatia corecta: micronutrientii au cea mai multa putere atunci cand sunt descompusi de organismul tau din produsele consumate, nu din pudre sau capsule (care nu contin nici nutrienti benefici, dar non-esentiali \u2013 anumite minerale, flavonoide, carotenoide si antioxidanti).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Locuitorii din cele 5 asa-numite <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insider.com\/blue-zones-dan-buettner-long-life-diet-exercise-2019-12\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u201eZone Albastre\u201d<\/a> de pe mapamond \u2013 Okinawa (Japonia), Sardinia (Italia), Nicoya (Costa Rica), Icaria (Greecia) si Loma Linda (California) \u2013 tind sa traiasca in jur de 100 de ani, fara a se imbolavi de dementa si alte boli serioase, deoarece au o dieta compusa din produse vegetale locale (legume crucifere, nuci, cereale integrale, leguminoase), fac miscare de-a lungul intregii zile, au un scop in viata, se inconjoara de prieteni, iar sistemul social in care traiesc le incurajeaza alegerile sanatoase.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-15090 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/planeta-pamant.jpg\" alt=\"planeta pamant\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/planeta-pamant.jpg 696w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/planeta-pamant-324x182.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/>Termenul de \u201eZone Albastre\u201d a fost creat de demografii Michel Poulain\u00a0si\u00a0Gianni Pes (in 2004) si a fost popularizat de revista \u201eNational Geographic\u201d, odata cu articolul autorului, ciclistului si exploratorului Dan\u00a0Buettner \u201eThe Secrets of a Long Life\u201d (in 2005). Respectivul numar al revistei a devenit, la acea vreme, al treilea cel mai citit din istoria publicatiei. Iar Buettner a continuat cu patru carti (2008, 2010, 2015, 2019; doua dintre ele au devenit bestseller, iar ultima este o carte de bucate, cu retete bazate pe ingrediente si metode de gatit care cresc longevitatea) si un proiect prin care a aplicat principiile Zonelor Albastre in diferite orase americane: Albert Lea, Minnesota (2008); Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach si Manhattan Beach, California (2010), 18 localitati din Iowa (2011); Hawaii si Fort Worth, Texas (2013); Naples, Florida, South Bend, Indiana si Klamath Falls, Oregon (2014). In cifre, rezultatele din aceste comunitati sunt uimitoare: s-a mers pe jos sau cu bicicleta cu 80% mai des, s-au slabit 5.400 kg si BMI-ul s-a redus cu 14%, s-au inregistrat cu 40% mai putine costuri legate de serviciile medicale, iar 30% dintre fumatori au renuntat la tigari.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">5. Procesul natural de detoxifiere poate fi ajutat de smoothie-uri detoxifiante (cu fructe sau carbune activ), dar \u201eficatul si rinichii nostri fac treaba asta fara sa aiba nevoie de o dieta de detoxifiere care este, in majoritatea cazurilor, dezechilibrata si lipsita de multi nutrienti importanti (cum sunt fibrele \u2013 <strong>n.r.<\/strong>)\u201d, a explicat recent dieticianul <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insider.com\/probiotics-alkaline-water-juice-not-worth-the-money-nutritionists-2019-11\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Bonnie Taub Dix<\/a>, pentru Insider. Rezultatul? O astfel de detoxifiere te transforma intr-o persoana obosita, iritata, slabita si cu stari de ameteala.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">6. Trebuie sa iei gustari intre mese ca sa fii sanatoasa.<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cercetarile arata ca gustarile dintre mese <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/21738451\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">nu sunt neaparat mai benefice pentru sanatate<\/a> decat 3 mese regulate\/zi, mai ales ca majoritatea gustarilor sunt ultraprocesate, bogate in zahar sau in sare. Mesele compuse din alimente integrale si naturale te vor satura mai rapid, iti vor hrani corpul si iti vor diminua poftele.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">8. Poti trai fara a consuma produse de origine vegetala.<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-15096 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/dieta.jpg\" alt=\"dieta\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/dieta.jpg 696w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/dieta-324x182.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/>Am tot citit in 2019 despre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.menshealth.com\/nutrition\/a27405997\/carnviore-diet-plan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u201edieta carnivora\u201d<\/a>, o cura restrictiva, care permite doar consumul de carne, peste, oua si anumite lactate, dar interzicerea totala a fructelor, legumelor, cerealelor, leguminoaselor, nucilor si semintelor. Gura targului spune ca ca te poate ajuta sa slabesti, ca poate vindeca diabetul de tip 2 sau artrita, dar nu exista studii care sa o recomande. In schimb, exista destul dovezi apropo de faptul ca o alimentatie bogata in grasimi saturate creste riscul de cancer si boli cardiovasculare. Ca sa nu mai vorbim de faptul ca dieta carnivora exclude in sistem nutrienti vitali pe care ii gasesti in alimentele vegetale: Vitamina C (a carei lipsa poate produce scorbutul, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencealert.com\/scurvy-coming-back-vitamin-c-poverty-massachusetts-boston-vitamania-movie\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">boala de secol XVIII care a inceput sa reapara in randul pacientilor din SUA si Australia<\/a>), carbohidratii si fibrele. Nutritionistii trag un semnal de alarma si spun clar ca nu exista niciun studiu care spune ca legumele te pot imbolnavi, iar fibrele din acestea (absente din carne) trebuie sa stea la baza unei alimentatii sanatoase.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">9. In vara lui 2019, cercetatorii au analizat 1.100 de voluntari americani si britanici (60% dintre ei gemeni), timp de 2 saptamani, in cadrul <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prnewswire.com\/in\/news-releases\/when-it-comes-to-food-one-size-doesn-t-fit-all-world-s-largest-scientific-nutrition-research-project-reveals-even-identical-twins-have-different-responses-to-food-810713448.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">PREDICT 1<\/a>.
