Fierul este prezent in mod natural in numeroase alimente, poate fi adaugat in altele sau consumat pe post de supliment alimentar. Acest mineral este de doua tipuri: fier heme (gasit in alimente care contin hemoglobina \u2013 carne, peste si fructe de mare) si fier nonheme (gasit in carne, fructe de mare, legume, leguminoase, nuci si alimente fortificate cu fier).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Corpul nostru absoarbe cea mai mare cantitate de fier din surse heme, care este mai usor de absorbit, dar acesta nu este esential dietei umane: persoanele vegetariene sau vegane pot consuma doar fier nonheme, fara probleme si fara a apela la suplimente alimentare. Descopera, in articolul si infograficul de mai jos, 8 exemple de surse naturale de fier pentru persoanele care au decis sa renunte la ingredientele de origine animala din alimentatie, dar si 32 de retete in care poti incorpora aceste ingrediente, de pe blogul Sano Vita!<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Care este doza zilnica recomandata (DZR) de fier?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-14898 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/durere-de-cap.jpg\" alt=\"durere de cap\" width=\"586\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/durere-de-cap.jpg 586w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/durere-de-cap-324x217.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 586px) 100vw, 586px\" \/>Specialistii in domeniu recomanda o cantitate zilnica diferita de fier, in functie de varsta si sex: 0,27 mg pentru bebelusii de 0-6 luni; 11 mg pentru bebelusii de 7-12 luni; 7 mg, intre 1-3 ani; 10 mg, intre 4-8 ani; 8 mg, intre 9-13 ani; 15 mg pentru fete si 11 mg pentru baieti, intre 14-18 ani; 18 mg pentru femei (27 mg in cazul sarcinii si 9 mg in cazul alaptarii) si 8 mg pentru barbati, intre 19-50 ani; 8 mg peste 51 de ani.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un aport prea mic de fier iti poate reduce nivelul de energie, functionarea sistemului imunitar, functia cognitiva, poate duce la ameteli si chiar anemie (manifestata prin dureri de cap, oboseala, slabiciune, paloarea tenului, maini si picioare reci, unghii casante, lipsa poftei de mancare, palpitatii cardiace \u2013 simptome care trebuie sa te trimita imediat la medic).<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">8 surse de fier pentru vegetarieni si vegani<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alimentele de origine vegetala iti pot oferi fier din abundenta in dieta, dar trebuie sa retii ca unii <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vrg.org\/nutrition\/iron.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">specialistii recomanda<\/a> ca vegetarienii si veganii sa consume de 1,8 ori mai mult fier decat DZR, pentru ca fierul nonheme nu se absoarbe la fel de usor. Pentru a creste absorbtia acestuia din urma, se recomanda consumarea in combinatie cu surse de Vitamina C (citrice, kiwi, mango, papaya, capsuni, pepene galben, ardei gras, broccoli, conopida, cartofi dulci, rosii, legume cu frunze verzi). In plus, vegetarienii si veganii sunt sfatuiti sa evite bauturile si alimentele care reduc absorbtia de fier cu cel putin 2 ore inainte si dupa mesele bogate in acest mineral: ceaiul negru si de menta, cafeaua, lactatele, ouale, vinul rosu, suplimentele de calciu.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">1. Fasole alba.<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-14899 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/fasole-alba.jpg\" alt=\"fasole alba\" width=\"617\" height=\"392\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/fasole-alba.jpg 617w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/fasole-alba-324x206.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 617px) 100vw, 617px\" \/>Fasolea alba are cel mai mare continut de fier dintre toate leguminoasele. 100 g de fasole alba fiarta (fara sare) contin 21% din DZR de fier, fiind \u2013 in plus \u2013 bogata in mangan (32% din DZR), fibre (25% din DZR), acid folic (20% din DZR), proteine (19% din DZR), potasiu si magneziu (16% din DZR), cupru (14% din DZR). Cercetarile din domeniu indica faptul ca fasolea consumata frecvent poate reduce riscul de boli cardiace si\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC4608274\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">afectiuni conexe<\/a>. Lintea poate fi, prin urmare, o componenta sanatoasa a oricarei alimentatii, iar <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC5713359\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">studiile de specialitate<\/a>\u00a0sugereaza ca un consum regulat de linte poate reduce riscul de diabet, obezitate, cancer si boli de inima. In functie de metoda de preparare si de fermitatea produsului, 100 g de tofu pot contine 30% din DZR de fier, dar si calciu si mangan (35% din DZR), proteine (16% din DZR), seleniu (13% din DZR), fosfor si cupru (10% din DZR). Anumite <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC5188409\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">studii<\/a>\u00a0sugereaza ca produsele din soia reduc riscul de boli de inima, cancer la san si de prostata.
