Masa intinsa pentru intreaga familie si incoronata de un tort facut in casa, la aniversarea a 18 ani, inseamna comunitate. Gustarile impartite de colegii de scoala, in pauza dintre ore, inseamna bucurie. Pentru orice copil din lumea asta, mancarea inseamna viata si este un drept fundamental si fundatia dezvoltarii mentale si fizice sanatoase.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dar UNICEF a publicat recent un raport (\u201e<a href=\"https:\/\/www.unicef.org\/reports\/state-of-worlds-children-2019\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The State of the World\u2019s Children 2019: Children, food and nutrition<\/a>\u201d) in care trage un semnal de alarma legat de numarul alarmant de mare de copii care au o alimentatie deficitara, in secolul XXI: 1 din 3 copii sub 5 ani (adica peste 200 de milioane de micuti) sub subnutriti sau supraponderali! Aproape 2 din 3 copii cu varsta cuprinsa intre 6 luni si 2 ani nu primesc alimentele necesare ritmului rapid de dezvoltare al corpului si creierului lor, deci risca sa aiba probleme de invatare si cu imunitatea, infectii mai dese si chiar sa moara. Saracia, urbanizarea, schimbarile climaterice (cu dezastrele naturale aferente) si alegerile alimentare gresite (motivate de reclamele insistente, abundenta de alimente procesate, accesul usor la bauturi si produse dulci) sunt factorii care stau in spatele dietelor nesanatoase.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Ce spun cifrele UNICEF?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-14314 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/raport-UNICEF-alimentatie-copii.png\" alt=\"raport UNICEF alimentatie copii\" width=\"1268\" height=\"974\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/raport-UNICEF-alimentatie-copii.png 1268w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/raport-UNICEF-alimentatie-copii-324x249.png 324w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/raport-UNICEF-alimentatie-copii-768x590.png 768w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/raport-UNICEF-alimentatie-copii-633x486.png 633w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/raport-UNICEF-alimentatie-copii-80x60.png 80w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1268px) 100vw, 1268px\" \/>\u201eThe State of the World\u2019s Children 2019: Children, food and nutrition\u201d vine la 20 de ani de la ultimul raport similar si arata ca situatia este neagra:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1 din 3 copii nu primeste nutrientii necesari unei dezvoltari bune, mai ales in primele 1.000 de zile de viata (de la conceptie, pana implineste 2 ani)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">149 de milioane de copii sunt prea mici de inaltime pentru varsta lor<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">50 de milioane de copii sunt prea slabi pentru inaltimea lor<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">40 de milioane de copii sunt obezi sau supraponderali<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1 din 2 copii sub 5 ani sufera de foame ascunsa, deoarece ii lipsesc din alimentatie nutrienti esentiali<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">doar 42% din copiii sub 6 luni sunt alaptati exclusiv la san, iar vanzarile de formule de lapte praf pentru sugari au crescut (in perioada 2008-2013) cu 41% la nivel global si cu 72% in tarile cu venituri medii ridicate (ca Brazilia, China si Turcia)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">aproape 45% dintre copiii cu varsta cuprinsa intre 6 luni si 2 ani nu primesc deloc fructe si legume, iar aproape 60% nu primesc deloc oua, lactate, carne sau peste<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-14318 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/copil-fructe.jpg\" alt=\"copil fructe\" width=\"640\" height=\"423\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/copil-fructe.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/copil-fructe-324x214.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">42% dintre adolescentii de varsta scolara din tarile cu venituri medii scazute si ridicate consuma bauturi carbogazoase dulci cel putin 1 data\/zi, iar 46% mananca fast-food cel putin 1 data\/saptamana; in tarile cu venituri mari, aceste procente cresc la 62%, respectiv 49%<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">in perioada 2000-2016, proportia de copii supraponderali (5-19 ani) a crescut de la 1 din 10 la aproape 1 din 5, numarul lor marindu-se pe toate continentele lumii (inclusiv Africa); de 10 ori mai mute fete si de 12 ori mai multi baieti sufera de obezitate astazi, comparativ cu 1975; numarul mare de kilograme in plus in copilarie poate duce la instalarea precoce a diabetului de tip 2, stigmatizare, depresie si obezitate la maturitate<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Romania este si ea prezenta in acest studiu<\/strong>, aflandu-se printre tarile in care: 14,7% dintre copiii sub 5 ani sunt prea mici de inaltime pentru varsta lor (la mijlocul clasamentului); 2% dintre copii sub 5 ani sunt prea slabi pentru varsta lor (in partea inferioara a clasamentului); 5-10% dintre copii sub 5 ani sunt supraponderali (la mijlocul clasamentului). In 2016, 24,56% dintre copiii si adolescentii de 5-19 ani din tara noastra erau supraponderali, cu 171% mai mult fata de 1990.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Cum arata alimentatia sanatoasa a copilului?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-14319 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/alimentatie-sanatoasa-copil.jpg\" alt=\"alimentatie sanatoasa copil\" width=\"640\" height=\"429\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/alimentatie-sanatoasa-copil.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/alimentatie-sanatoasa-copil-324x217.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>\u201eIn ciuda evolutiei la nivel tehnologic, cultural si social din ultimele zeci de ani, am pierdut din vedere un lucru de baza: daca mananca prost, copiii vor trai prost. Milioane de copii au o alimentatie nesanatoasa, de subzistenta, pentru ca pur si simplu nu pot alege altceva. Modul in care intelegem si tratam malnutritia trebuie sa se schimbe: nu este vorba doar de a copiilor mancare multa; este vorba despre a le da mancare sanatoasa\u201d, explica Henrietta Fore (Director Executiv UNICEF), in raportul mentionat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In cazul copiilor, \u201emancarea sanatoasa\u201d inseamna nevoi nutritionale, comportamente de consum si influente alimentare diferite pentru fiecare etapa din viata, din burta mamei si pana la adolescenta. UNICEF noteaza ca alimentatia potrivita a mamei si a copilului in prima etapa a vietii scade riscul de probleme de sanatate de-a lungul vietii si previne bolile nontransmisibile. Apoi, pe masura ce bebelusul creste, cei care ii influenteaza dieta zilnice nu mai sunt parintii si alti ingrijitori, ci prietenii si colegii de scoala, copiii si adolescentii lasandu-se influentati de marketingul alimentar si fortele sociale care ii inconjoara.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">0-5 ani<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-14317 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/alimentatie-bebelus.jpg\" alt=\"alimentatie bebelus\" width=\"640\" height=\"428\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/alimentatie-bebelus.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/alimentatie-bebelus-324x217.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Fiecare parinte decide cum isi creste copilul de la nastere incolo, ghidat fiind de sfaturile medicului pediatru. Dar UNICEF recomanda alaptarea exclusiva la san pana la 6 luni, apoi introducerea alimentelor moi, semi-solide si solide, variate si pline de nutrienti (cel putin 5-8 grupuri alimentare diferite): proteine, acizi grasi esentiali, micronutrienti. Aceasta perioada de tranzitie este importanta in stabilirea de obiceiuri alimentare sanatoase, iar \u2013 din pacate \u2013 mult prea multi copii de varsta scolara consuma prea multe gustari pline de zahar, grasimi saturate si sare si prea putine fructe si legume, din totalul recomandat de 5 portii (comportament care se va prelungi, probabil, la maturitate).<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"td_quote_box td_box_center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Ai un copil mofturos la masa? Descopera <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/ai-un-copil-mofturos-la-masa-afla-de-ce-face-nazuri-si-cum-rezolvi-situatia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">de ce face nazuri si cum rezolvi situatia<\/a>!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">10-19 ani<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adolescenta este o perioada cruciala in stabilirea unui model alimentar pentru tot restul vietii. Odata cu dezvoltarea fizica si psihosociala rapida (care vin la pachet cu pubertatea), fetele vor avea nevoie de mai mult fier (din cauza instalarii menstruatiei), iar baietii vor avea nevoie de mai multi nutrienti (deoarece cresc mai repede si mai mult in masa musculara si osoasa). La nivel mondial, in 2020 vor exista 1,25 miliarde de adolescenti de 10-19 ani, cu 250 de milioane mai mut decat acum 30 de ani. Adolescenti care, din pacate, nu mananca alimentele necesare construirii unei fundatii solide, necesare unei vieti de adult productive si sanatoase.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-14321 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/alimentatie-adolescenta.jpg\" alt=\"alimentatie adolescenta\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/alimentatie-adolescenta.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/alimentatie-adolescenta-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Subnutritia si foamea ascunsa ii afecteaza, devin iritabili, depresivi, obezi sau predispusi la anorexie ori bulimie.
