Lista de ingrediente te poate ajuta sa limitezi cantitatea de grasimi si colesterol, zahar adaugat sau sare din alimentatia ta zilnica, te poate ghida in alegerea unor produse cu mai multe vitamine, fibre si proteine si este intrumentul de baza in compararea mai multor produse diferite, alegandu-l pe cel mai benefic, din punct de vedere nutritiv.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prin etichetare, producatorii isi fac datoria obligatorie de a te informa; prin analiza cu atentie a acesteia, tu si familia ta veti face alegeri mai sanatoase in legatura cu alimentatia voastra zilnica. Eticheta contine, de obicei: valoarea nutritionala (kcal si\/sau kJ) pentru 1 portie si pentru 100 g, cantitatea de proteine, de fibre, de grasimi, de sodiu (sare) si de carbohidrati din produs.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Lista de ingrediente<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O lista de ingrediente de pe un produs alimentar ambalat iti spune exact ce contine acesta si in ce cantitati: primul ingredient este regasit in cea mai mare cantitate, urmatoarele fiind insiruite descrescator, in functie de greutate. Asa stii exact care este ingredientul nr. 1 din compozitie (si, daca este sarea sau zaharul, scoate-l imediat din cos).<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Numarul de calorii (kcal)\/portie, respectiv 100 g<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-14293 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/cantar.jpg\" alt=\"cantar\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/cantar.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/cantar-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Un alt element pe care trebuie sa te axezi este valoarea nutritionala: nu alege niciodata produse care au 400 kcal\/portie, de exemplu. Toate caloriile pe care le consumi trebuie sa iti ofere un aport de nutrienti, nu sa fie \u201ecalorii goale\u201d, deci verifica aportul caloric, apoi lista de nutrienti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vezi ce inseamna 1 portie din respectivul aliment, pentru a-ti da seama cate portii consumi, de fapt, odata (mai ales fiecare producator include cat vrea intr-o portie): degeaba 1 portie contine un procent optim din doza zilnica recomandata (DZR) de nutrienti, daca tu mananci de obicei 2,5 portii din respectivul produs sau chiar tot pachetul odata (ceea ce ar insemna 4 portii)!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Cantitatea de nutrienti\/100 g<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-14294 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/fara-gluten.jpg\" alt=\"fara gluten\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/fara-gluten.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/fara-gluten-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Al treilea aspect de analizat atunci cand citesti eticheta este cantitatea de nutrienti\/100 g. Alege produse care au sub 3 g grasimi totale, sub 1,5 g grasimi saturate, sub 5 g de zaharuri si sub 0,1 g sodiu (0,3 g sare). Analizeaza imaginea de mai sus, pentru a descoperi ce alte denumiri folosesc producatorii pentru sare, zahar adaugat si grasimi saturate! Alege produse care contin mult potasiu, fibre, vitamine (A, C, D, E) si minerale (calciu, fier, potasiu, magneziu). Daca pe eticheta este trecut si procentul de nutrienti din DZR, retine ca sub 5% este un procent scazut (bun in cazul grasimilor, zaharului si sarii), in timp ce peste 20% este un procent ridicat (bun in cazul fibrelor, vitaminelor si mineralelor). Verifica mereu daca eticheta de pe spate a unui produs care are pe fata ambalajului cuvinte ca \u201efara gluten\u201d sau \u00a0\u201ebogat in fibre\u201d certifica, intr-adevar, asta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Daca vrei sa compari mai multe produse din aceeasi categorie (biscuiti, sa spunem), analizeaza nutrientii din coloana care se refera la 100 g de produs. Asa vezi clar care are mai putine kcal, zahar si grasimi saturate, de exemplu. Produsele care au cantitati asemanatoare de proteine si carbohidrati sunt o alegere buna, deoarece asta inseamna ca sunt bogate in nutrienti (21 g proteine si 29 g carbohidrati este un raport optim; 1 g proteine si 34 g carbohidrati nu e ce trebuie).<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"td_quote_box td_box_center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong><em>Citeste <\/em> <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/ghidul-complet-al-grasimilor-grasimi-sanatoase-vs-grasimi-nocive\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ghidul complet al grasimilor<\/a><\/em><em>, pentru a intelege diferenta intre grasimile sanatoase si cele nocive!<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Ai probleme de sanatate?
