umezeste-ti mainile si omogenizeaza aluatul timp de 1-2 minute (folosind aratatorul si degetul mare, apuca sectiuni din aluat de dedesubt, intinde-le si pliaza-le deasupra, pana obtii o minge de aluat); acopera bolul cu un servet de bucatarie si lasa-l la odihnit 20 de minute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Rastoarna aluatul pe blatul de lucru infainatsi framanta-l 1 minut, pana obtii un aluat elastic; pune aluatul la loc in bol, acopera bolul si lasa-l sa cresca 60 de minute sau pana isi dubleaza volumul, intr-un loc caldut.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Imparte aluatul in 3 parti egale; intinde fiecare parte pana simti rezistenta, apoi impatureste colturile spre mijloc, de jur imprejur, pana obtii o minge; framanta fiecare minge de aluat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Presara faina pe o farfurie, pune cele 3 bile deasupra, acopera-le cu folie alimentara si da farfuria la frigider cel putin 6 ore sau peste noapte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Scoate aluatul din frigider si preincalzeste cuptorul la 290<sup>o<\/sup> C, timp de 1 ora (timp in care aluatul ajunge la temperatura camerei).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Intinde fiecare bila de aluat cu sucitorul, in forma de blat de pizza, pe marimea tavii utilizate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adauga deasupra sosul si topping-urile dorite si coace pizza la cuptorul preincalzit, timp de 8-10 minute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii reteta Aluat de pizza tinut noaptea la rece<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Cuptoarele profesionale au nevoie de doar 1-3 minute pentru a coace o pizza, la temperaturi de 370-530\u00ba C;
