toarna deasupra uleiul si destula apa calduta cat sa obtii un aluat elastic, usor lipicios, dupa framantare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Lasa aluatul la crescut timp de 30 de minute (sau pana se dubleaza, ca marime) si pregateste, in acest timp, umplutura.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Curaja ceapa, usturoiul, ciupercile si ardeii capia; spala toate legumele si taie marunt ceapa si ardeii.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Incinge uleiul intr-o tigaie antiaderenta, la foc mediu; prajeste ceapa 3-4 minute, apoi adauga deasupra usturoiul zdrobit, ciupercile (taiate in felii) si ardeii;
