Daca vrei sa iti ajuti copilul sa manance mai multi morcovi fara a face mofturi, aceste bilute energizante sunt solutia! la final, trebuie sa obtii 1 cana de bucati de morcovi; rontaie cu incredere bucatile ramase, daca este cazul :).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Intr-un blender vertical, adauga bucatile de morcov, fulgii de ovaz si miezul de nuca, pana obtii un amestec marunt si omogen (doar asa, la final, bilutele energizante vor avea o consistenta potrivita).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adauga in blenderul vertical curmalele intregi, nucsoara, scortisoara, cuisoarele si sarea (practic, restul de ingrediente, cu exceptia fulgilor de nuca de cocos) si marunteste-le pana cand amestecul capata o consistenta de aluat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Da vasul blenderului la frigider, timp de 30-60 de minute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Folosind o lingura de inghetata, imparte aluatul in bilute egale ca diametru, pana cand termini tot amestecul (vei obtine in jur de 14 bucati).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pune bilutele energizante cu morcovi pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt sau pe un platou si da-le la frigider timp de alte 30-60 de minute (este important sa dai la rece aluatul si apoi bilutele pentru a te asigura ca se intaresc suficient, inainte de a fi acoperite de fulgii de nuca de cocos).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pune fulgii de nuca de cocos intr-un bol si da fiecare biluta prin cocos fin, acoperindu-le complet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii reteta Bilute energizante, cu morcovi<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pastreaza bilutele energizante cu morcovi la frigider, intr-o caserola acoperita, timp de pana la o saptamana.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Daca este prima data cand faci reteta, cantitatea de condimente ti se poate parea prea mare, iar gustul \u2013 prea puternic; de aceea, te sfatuim sa incepi cu jumatate din cantitatea de condimente aromate (nucsoara, scortisoara, cuisoare), sa gusti amestecul din blender si apoi sa adaugi si cealalta jumatate, daca este cazul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Curmalele (fie ele proaspete sau uscate) contin diferite tipuri de antioxidanti? In curmalele proaspete gasesti antocianidine si carotenoide, in curmalele uscate gasesti polifenoli, substante sanatoase despre care poti descoperi mai multe in articolul si infograficul nostru de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/totul-despre-polifenoli-definitie-tipuri-beneficii-10-tipuri-de-alimente-care-le-contin-infografic\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">aici<\/a>!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Curmalele te pot ajuta sa iti mentii glicemia la un nivel echilibrat, deoarece au un impact glicemic scazut, conform cercetarilor de specialitate?
