Greutatea in exces apare pe fondul unei alimentatii nesanatoase (bogate in grasimi saturate, carbohidrati rafinati si zahar) si a lipsei de miscare. Practic, acumulezi mai multe calori idecat consumi. Dar, pe langa dulciuri, si fructele contin zahar: oare asta inseamna ca un consum prea mare de fructe poate provoca diabet?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In materialul de fata iti spunem daca exista o relatie intre consumul in exces al fructelor si diabetul zaharat, ce cantitate si ce tip de fructe sunt recomandate diabeticilor si care au un indice glicemic cam mare pentru acestia.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Fructele in exces si riscul de diabet<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-14195 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/cos-cu-fructe.jpg\" alt=\"cos cu fructe\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/cos-cu-fructe.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/cos-cu-fructe-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Raspunsul la intrebarea de la finalul primului paragraf este \u201eNu\u201d: daca mananci echilibrat, este putin probabil ca prea multe fructe sa iti afecteze sanatatea. In schimb, fructele sunt un inlocuitor perfect pentru zahar si indulcitorii artificiali, avand nu doar zaharuri naturale, ci si vitamine, minerale si fibre. Ce inseamna sa mananci fructe echilibrat? Cantitatea recomandata depinde de varsta, sex, sportul facut zilnic si rezultatele analizelor fiecaruia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-14196 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/copii-fructe.jpg\" alt=\"copii fructe\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/copii-fructe.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/copii-fructe-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>In general, pentru persoanele sanatoase, care nu fac miscare cel putin 30 de minute\/zi, specialistii recomanda urmatoarele cantitati (1 cana poate insemna 1 portocala mare, 8 capsuni mari, 32 de boabe de struguri, 1 mar mic, 1 pahar de suc de fructe):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>copii \u2013 2-3 ani (1 cana), 4-8 ani (1-1 \u00bd cana), 9-13 ani (1 \u00bd cana)<\/li>\n<li>fete \u2013 14-18 ani (1 \u00bd cana)<\/li>\n<li>baieti \u2013 14-18 ani (2 cani)<\/li>\n<li>femei \u2013 19-30 de ani (2 cani), peste 30 de ani (1 \u00bd cana)<\/li>\n<li>barbati \u2013 peste 19 ani (2 cani)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Ce fructe sunt permise daca ai diabet?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Diabetul zaharat inseamna o monitorizare a alimentatiei zilnice, pentru a te asigura ca nu mananci prea multi carbohidrati, care iti ridica nivelul glicemiei. Fructele contin carbohidrati si zaharuri naturale, dar au si multe fibre, deci vor fi digerate mai incet, ridicand treptat nivelul zaharului din sange. Asta nu este insa valabil pentru toate fructele, ci depinde de indicele glicemic (IG), care poate fi folosit de diabetici in planificarea dietei proprii. Deoarece zaharul din fructe nu este unul adaugat, consumul acestora nu trebuie monitorizat la fel de strict ca in cazul dulciurilor, de exemplu, dar diabeticii trebuie sa fie constienti de continutul de zaharuri si carbohidrati ai fiecarei portii de fructe si sa nu consume multe portii odata (1 kilogram de cirese la o masa nu le va face bine!). Ideal este sa opteze pentru fruce mai sarac in zahar si mai bogate in fibre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-14197 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/mere.jpg\" alt=\"mere\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/mere.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/mere-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Alimentele pot avea un IG intre 0 (apa) si 100 (glucoza), iar pacientii care au diabet zaharat trebuie sa isi modereze consumul produselor cu un IG de peste 70 (cum este pepenele rosu sau guava). Pe o lista a fructelor cu un indice glicemic scazut sau moderat, permise diabeticilor, poti trece urmatoarele exemple: mere, prune, pere, piersici, caise, nectarine, avocado, cirese, capsune, pepene galben, grapefruit, lamai, portocale, mure, struguri, curmale, smochine, prune uscate, stafide, kiwi, banane, mango.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pe langa indicele glicemic, pentru diabetici conteaza si incarcatura glicemica (care masoara impactul unei portii din fiecare aliment asupra glicemiei). O portie (120 g) din fiecare dintre fructele de mai sus (inclusiv pepene rosu, dar fara stafide) are o incarcatura glicemica sub 20, neafectand brusc glicemia.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"td_quote_box td_box_center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Descopera <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/tot-ce-trebuie-sa-stii-despre-indicele-glicemic-ig\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tot ce trebuie sa stii despre indicele glicemic<\/a><\/em>!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Pot fructele sa reduca riscul de diabet?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-14198 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/grapefruit.jpg\" alt=\"grapefruit\" width=\"640\" height=\"430\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/grapefruit.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/grapefruit-324x218.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Un studiu din\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/journals.plos.org\/plosmedicine\/article?id=10.1371\/journal.pmed.1002279#sec015\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2017<\/a> a descoperit o legatura semnificativa intre consumul de fructe proaspete si un risc mai mic de diabet (probabil in combinatie cu un stil de viata mai sanatos, per total). Participantii la cercetare care aveau deja diabet zaharat si-au redus riscul de probleme cardiovasculare prin consumul de fructe proaspete.
