asteapta 30 de minute, timp in care se va scurge tot sucul din rosiile sarate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>In jumatatea de ora in care astepti, sterilizeaza borcanele alese (in baie de apa sau la cuptor).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Varsa sucul de rosii din bol si toarna rosiile sarate intr-o cratita mare si nu foarte adanca.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adauga in cratita zaharul si zeama de la lamaie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Lasa pulpa de rosii la fiert, la foc mic, amestecand constant cu o lingura de lemn, pentru a nu se prinde de fundul cratitei (si nu pune capacul peste cratita).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Cand pulpa de rosii incepe sa se ingroase, stai cu ochii pe amestec, pentru a evita arderea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Cand gemul de rosii si busuioc capata consistenta dorita, stinge focul si incorporeaza frunzele proaspete de busuioc, taiate marunt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Toarna gemul de rosii si busuioc astfel obtinut in borcane sterilizate, sterge bine marginea fiecarui borcan inainte de a-i pune capacul si lasa-le la racit pe toate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii reteta Gem de rosii si busuioc<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pentru acest gem de rosii si busuioc poti folosi rosii clasice sau cherry (rosii sau galbene);
