Incearca si tu sa faci aceste chiftelute de post (cu naut si miez de nuca) si vei descoperi o reteta noua si usoara: nu trebuie decat sa amesteci ingredientele in acelasi bol, sa le dai forma rotunda si sa le coci. cand s-au fiert, scurge-le bine de apa, pune-le intr-un bol incapator si transforma-le intr-un piure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Intr-un blender vertical, marunteste miezul de nuca, apoi toarna-l in bol, peste piureul de naut.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Completeaza compozitia de chiftelute de post cu ceapa si usturoiul curatate si taiate marunt, fulgii de drojdie inactiva uscata, sosul de soia, pasta de tomate si condimentele pudra si uscate (pudra de usturoi si de ceapa, chimion, coriandru, oregano, paprika afumata).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Amesteca bine continutul din bol, toarna supa vegetala deasupra si incorporez-o; adauga in amestec si glutenul din grau; vei obtine un aluat foarte gros, care nu trebuie amestecat prea mult timp, doar pana la incorporare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Preincalzeste cuptorul la 180\u00b0 C si tapeteaza o tava cu hartie de copt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Formeaza chiftelute rotunde din amestecul din bol, folosind o lingura si umezindu-ti mainile.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Asaza chiftelutele de post pe hartia de copt, la intervale egale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Da tava la cuptorul preincalzit timp de 15 minute, apoi invarte chiftelutele pe partea cealalta si lasa-le inca 15 minute la copt, pana devin aurii si crocante de jur imprejur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Serveste-le imediat: pe post de aperitiv (pe scobitori, cu rosii cherry si masline fara samburi; ca atare, cu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/ketchup-de-casa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ketchup de casa<\/a> sau <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/sos-de-branza-vegan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">sos de branza vegan<\/a>) sau incluse intr-o reteta de spaghetti cu sos de rosii.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii reteta Chiftelute de post<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Poti pastra aceste chiftelute de post la frigider timp de 3-4 zile dupa preparare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Aceste chiftelute de post pot fi si congelate, preparate (dupa ce s-au racit complet) sau in stare cruda (dupa ce le-ai dat forma rotunda); introdu tava la congelator, iar dupa ce s-au intarit complet, transfera-le intr-o punga de plastic cu sistem de inchidere; daca le dai la congelator cat sunt crude, va trebui sa le coci putin mai mult;
