poti face asta in 3 moduri: prin fierbere in apa cu sare, gatire la microunde sau coacere la cuptor; primele doua metode sunt mai rapide, dar ultima le da mai multa savoare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Daca alegi sa fierbi cartofii dulci, curata-i de coaja, taie-i in cuburi, fierbe-i pana se inmoaie, apoi scurge-i bine, pune-i loc in oala goala, pe foc, pana se evapora tot lichidul in exces din ea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Daca alegi sa gatesti cartofii dulci la cuptorul cu microunde, inteapa-i din loc in loc cu o furculita, pune-i pe o farfurie si seteaza timer-ul la 4-5 minute; invarte-i pe partea cealalta si lasa-i alte 4-5 minute (sau pana cand un cutit de unt intra usor in ei).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Daca alegi sa coci cartofii dulci la cuptor, inteapa-i din loc in loc cu o furculita, acopera-i pe fiecare cu folie de aluminiu, pune-i pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si da-i la cuptorul preincalzit la 200<sup>o<\/sup> C, timp de 50 de minute (sau pana se inmoaie).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Dupa ce ai gatit cartofii dulci, transforma-i intr-un piure, intr-un bol, si lasa-l la racit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pune la fiert lintea, intr-o oala cu 2\/3 cana de apa, timp de 10-15 minute sau pana se inmoaie; scurge-o de apa, transform-o intr-un piure si lasa-l la racit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Piseaza marunt semintele de in si amesteca-le cu 2,5 linguri de apa fierbinte, intr-o cana; lasa amestecul 5 minute la ingrosat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Incinge 2 linguri de ulei vegetal intr-o tigaie antiaderenta, adauga ceapa curatata si taiata marunt si prajeste-o pana devine aurie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adauga in tigaie usturoiul curatat si pisat marunt, chimionul pudra si paprika afumata si mai lasa-le 1 minut pe foc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Transfera amestecul din tigaie in bolul cu piureul de cartofi, adauga deasupra lintea pasata, faina de hrisca, gelul de seminte in din cana si amesteca-le omogen, cu o furculita (trebuie sa obtii un aluat lipicios, dar nu lichid;
