In cursul acestei procesari, grasimii nesaturate i se adauga in plus hidrogen, structura sa devenind similara cu cea a grasimii saturate (\u201erele\u201d). Se utilizeaza pentru a imbunatati gustul si consistenta unui aliment sau pentru a-i prelungi termenul de valabilitate.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-862 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/burger-si-cartofi-prajiti.jpg\" alt=\"burger si cartofi prajiti\" width=\"672\" height=\"416\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/burger-si-cartofi-prajiti.jpg 672w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/burger-si-cartofi-prajiti-324x201.jpg 324w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/burger-si-cartofi-prajiti-356x220.jpg 356w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 672px) 100vw, 672px\" \/>Principalele surse de grasimi trans din alimentatie sunt alimentele procesate, precum cele de tip fast-food, produsele prajite, aluaturile congelate, biscuitii, prajiturile, produsele de patiserie si snackurile. Unele sortimente de margarina sunt produse fara acest tip de grasimi, dar trebuie sa te asiguri de acest lucru citind intotdeauna etichele produselor inainte de a le cumpara (se mai numesc grasimi hidrogenate sau partial hidrogenate). Cantitati reduse de grasimi trans se gasesc in mod natural in carne si lactate, insa efectul lor asupra nivelului de colesterol ramane controversat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Reducerea cantitatii de grasimi \u201erele\u201d este esentiala pentru mentinerea starii de sanatate, chiar si o scadere mica a acestora putand reduce semnificativ riscul dezvoltarii afectiunilor cardiovasculare, a obezitatii sau a diabetului zaharat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pentru a-ti proteja sanatatea, este recomandat sa consumi mai multe produse vegetale bogate in substante nutritive, sa limitezi cantitatea de alimente procesate si sa folosesti in schimb alternative vegetale sau sa iti pregatesti preparatele culinare din ingrediente naturale.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-220 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/legume-si-fructe.jpg\" alt=\"legume si fructe\" width=\"960\" height=\"634\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/legume-si-fructe.jpg 960w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/legume-si-fructe-324x214.jpg 324w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/legume-si-fructe-768x507.jpg 768w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/legume-si-fructe-736x486.jpg 736w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/>Pentru o viata sanatoasa, alege sa consumi:<\/h2>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Mai multe fructe si legume;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Mai putine alimente prajite si bauturi carbogazoase;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Mai multe grasimi nesaturate (ulei de masline sau uleiuri presate la rece, din seminte, migdale, nuci, fistic, alune de padure, seminte crude);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Mai putine produse cu indice glicemic ridicat \u2013 influenteaza glicemia (cartofi prajiti, chipsuri, gogosi, zahar sau faina alba);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Micul dejun si mesele principale compuse din alimente cu un aport ridicat de substante nutritive: fibre, calciu, acid folic, fier si vitamine din complexul B.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><em>Sursa: Australian Health&amp; Wellbeing Guide<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Din punct de vedere nutritional, toti cei de care discutam mai devreme isi incarca organismul cu alimente bogate in sare, zahar si grasimi saturate, fara sa beneficieze de proprietatile fibrelor, ale vitaminelor, ale mineralelor si ale altor nutrienti esentiali pe care ii contine o masa hranitoare, obtinuta din ingrediente naturale.
