Mai toata lumea a auzit ca ceaiul, vinul si ciocolata neagra contin polifenoli, dar in acest articol iti oferim o lista de 10 tipuri de produse naturale in care ii gasesti in cantitati mari. In plus, discutam despre cate tipuri de polifenoli exista in natura, care sunt beneficiile acestor substante si ce sun specialistii despre suplimentele alimentare de polifenoli.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Ce sunt polifenolii?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-14104 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/polifenoli-condimente.jpg\" alt=\"polifenoli condimente\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/polifenoli-condimente.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/polifenoli-condimente-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Polifenolii sunt o categorie de compusi care se regasesc in mod natural in produsele vegetale: fructe, legume, condimente, uleiuri, plante aromatice, cereale integrale, leguminoase, nuci si seminte. Polifenolii au rol <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC3614697\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">antioxidant<\/a> (deci pot neutraliza radicalii liberi care afecteaza celulele si cresc riscul de cancer, diabet, boli cardiovasculare) si <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC3492709\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">antiinflamator<\/a> (deci pot scadea riscul aparitiei a numeroase boli cronice). Acesti micronutrienti sunt absorboti in corp din alimentele consumate, iar activitatea lor in organism este influentata de metabolism, absorbtia intestinala si biodisponibilitatea polifenolica. Ca sa te ajutam sa iti compui o alimentatie echilibrata, care sa contina polifenoli din cat mai multe surse naturale sanatoase, am realizat o lista si un infografic util cu 10 categorii principale de produse pe care trebuie sa te axezi.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>1. natural in alimentele vegetale, aceste substante sunt extrase si utilizate la crearea de suplimente alimentare. Acestea ofera o doza activa zilnica, dar au cateva dezavantaje: nu s-a dovedit ca ofera aceleasi beneficii, nu vin la pachet cu alti compusi vegetali sanatosi, care ii fac sa functioneze mai eficient (fibre, vitamine, minerale), pot descuraja alimentatia sanatoasa si unele pot contine cantitati zilnice multe prea mari de polifenoli.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Riscuri si efecte secundare ale polifenolilor<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Consumul de alimente bogate in polifenoli nu pune probleme, aceasta fiind cea mai buna maniera in care poti incorpora aceste substante benefice in alimentatia ta.
