adauga morcovii taiati rondele, telina taiata feliute, ceapa taiata cubulete, sare si piper (dupa gust).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Amesteca toate ingredientele din oala, apoi adauga cartoful taiat cubulete si usturioul taiat marunt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Dupa ce legumele s-au inmuiat putin, adauga in oala rosiile in sos tomat, supa de legume si dovleceii taiati cubulete.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Lasa supa minestrone la fiert, la foc mic, timp de 45 de minute.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Adauga fasolea fiarta, spanacul proaspat si pastele melcisori.<\/li>\n<li>Lasa supa minestrone la fiert alte 10 minute, la foc mic, apoi stinge aragazul si serveste-o imediat, cu o lingura de parmezan vegan deasupra si <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/paine-de-casa-integrala-cu-faina-de-secara\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">paine de casa<\/a> alaturi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><iframe style=\"width: 100%; scurge bine conserva si adauga apoi fasolea gata fiarta in supa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Unele dintre primele mentiuni ale supei minestrone dateaza dinaintea expansiunii triburilor latine in teritoriul care a devenit ulterior Imperiul Roman? Abia in secolul 2 i.Hr., cand Roma a monopolizat reteaua comerciala si de transport, produse extrem de diverse au inundat capitala si romanii au inceput sa isi schimbe alimentatia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Fasolea adzuki este folosita adesea in Japonia la prepararea deserturilor si a dulciurilor?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Fasolea rosie iti imbunatateste digestia (datorita continutului ridicat de fibre), iti scade riscul de diabet (echilibrand glicemia), iti ajuta inima (mineralele si fibrele sprijina sistemul cardiovascular), iti mentine pielea si oasele sanatoase (gratie mineralelor din compozitie) si iti detoxifica ficatul (fasolea adzuki contine molibden)?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Tulpinile de telina contin antioxidanti, reduc inflamatia si nivelul colesterolului, ajuta digestia, au un indice glicemic scazut si un efect alcalinizant?
