spala si taie felii ciupercile alese (poti folosi champignon, pleurotus, creasta cocosului).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adauga in tigaie ceapa si prajeste-o usor cateva minute, pana devine aurie; adauga si usturoiul taiat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pune deasupra lor ciupercile, acopera tigaia cu un capac si lasa amestecul pe foc cateva minute, pana cand ciupercile elibereaza din apa continuta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Inlatura capacul, adauga orezul si toarna deasupra lui 3 cani de supa vegetala fierbinte; amesteca bine si lasa la fiert in jur de 20 de minute, pana cand majoritatea lichidului a fost absorbit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adauga inca 1 \u00bd cani de supa de legume si lasa alte 10 minute la foc mic; cand lichidul e din nou absorbit, completeaza cu restul de 1 \u00bd cani de supa de vegetala si drojdia inactiva uscata.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Dupa alte 5-10 minute la foc mic, cand orezul a absorbit majoritatea lichidului, adauga sare si piper (dupa gust) si stinge focul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Decoreaza cu patrunjel proaspat si serveste cu parmezan vegetal deasupra.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii reteta Risotto cu ciuperci<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Cel mai bun risotto este cel care este amestecat mereu, deci foloseste o lingura de lemn pentru a-l amesteca din minut in minut si pentru a-l mentine cremos si omogen (aceasta regula este si mai importanta in cazul unui risotto de post\/vegan, a carui textura nu beneficiaza de adaosul de lapte\/smantana, ci se bazeaza doar pe amidonul din orez).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Ca regula generala, deoarece acest risotto cu ciuperci nu contine unt si carne, aromele provin din baza de ceapa, usturoi si ulei folosite, deci mizeaza pe o ceapa mare (rosie sau alba), ceapa verde sau chiar praz, catei de usturoi cu gust intens si un ulei vegeal aromat (de avocado, de masline, de cocos, de susan, de seminte de canepa, de nuci de Macadamia, de alune de padure).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Poti intesifica aroma acestui risotto cu ciuperci adaugand in timpul fierberii 1-2 frunze de dafin si 1 lingura de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/bioh-maitake-pulbere-60g-968.html?utm_medium=blog&amp;utm_source=retetablog-risotto-cu-ciuperci\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ciuperci maitake pulbere<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Ciupercile sunt sarace in calorii, dar sunt surse excelente de fibre si proteine?
