adauga deasupra lor putina apa si zeama de lamaie si asteapta pana cand amestecul incepe sa fiarba; redu focul complet si lasa sosul de mere sa fiarba pana cand fructele se inmoaie complet, apoi zdrobeste-le ca pe piure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Intr-un castron incapator, amesteca malaiul, faina integrala de grau, sarea, turmericul pudra si praful de copt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Toarna in castron si ingredientele lichide: \u00bc cana din sosul de mere obtinut anterior, mierea si laptele de soia;
