Organismul produce cea mai mare parte a colesterolului \u00een ficat, dar o parte semnificativ\u0103 provine \u0219i din alimenta\u021bie.<\/p>\n<p>Atunci c\u00e2nd consum\u0103m alimente bogate \u00een gr\u0103simi saturate \u0219i trans (precum carne procesat\u0103, pr\u0103jeli sau produse de patiserie), introducem \u00een organism colesterol \u00een exces, iar ficatul nu mai reu\u0219e\u0219te s\u0103 regleze eficient cantitatea total\u0103 din s\u00e2nge.
