de nutrienti? 1 cana de terci de ovaz preparat (240 g) contine fibre, proteine, vitaminele B1, B2, B9, mangan, seleniu, fosfor, fier, magneziu, cupru, zinc si potasiu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2
