Pentru acestea din urma, am pus laolalta informatii despre 5 legume sanatoase, care umplu tarabele pietelor in fiecare toamna si care pot fi folosite in retete de sezon. In plus, in articolul de fata vei gasi 5 retete perfecte pentru a-ti umple camara, toamna asta.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">1. Vinete<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-13844 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/vinete.jpg\" alt=\"vinete\" width=\"640\" height=\"425\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/vinete.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/vinete-324x215.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Vinetele contin cantitati importante de nutrienti. 100 g de vinete crude au doar 24 kcal, 5,7 g carbohidrati, 3,4 g fire, 1 g proteine, 0,2 g grasimi, 13% din doza zilnica recomandata (DZR) de mangan, 7% din DZR de potasiu, 5% din DZR de acid folic, 4% din DZT de calciu, cupru, vitaminele K si B6 si antioxidanti (antocianine, responsabile de culoare intensa a vinetelor). Acest continut antioxidant le permite vinetelor sa lupte impotriva riscului de boli de inima: studii pe animale arata ca imbunatatesc functia acestui organ vital, reduc severitatea atacului de cord, scad nivelul <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/totul-despre-colesterol-tipuri-factori-de-risc-si-cum-pastrezi-nivelul-optim\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">colesterolului<\/a> \u201erau\u201d\/LDL si al trigliceridelor (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/9659714\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">1998<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/21894326\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2011<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pe de alta parte, fibrele si polifenolii din vinete contribuie la controlul glicemiei: primele trec nedigerate prin sistemul digestiv si scad rata absorbtiei zaharului in organism (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/7360261\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">1980<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/18287346\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2008<\/a>), cei din urma pot mari secretia de insulina sieduce nivelul enzimelor care influenteaza absorbtia zaharului \u00a0(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/17706416\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2008<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC2871121\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2010<\/a>). Castraveti<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-13845 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/castraveti.jpg\" alt=\"castraveti\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/castraveti.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/castraveti-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Consumul de castraveti este recomandat deoarece acestia sunt saraci in calorii si bogati in nutrienti: 100 g de castraveti (cu coaja) contin 15 kcal, 3,6 g carbohidrati, 0,7 g proteine, 0,5 g fibre, 0,1 g grasimi, 21% din DZR de Vitamina K, 5% din DZR de Vitamina C, 4% din DZR de potasiu si mangan si antioxidanti (flavonoide si tanini, care lupta cu radicalii liberi si stresul oxidativ). Castravetii pot scadea glicemia si preveni complicatiile legate de diabet (arata studiile pe animale si de laborator din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/8569244\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">1995<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/20614191\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2010<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC4916550\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2016<\/a>). Consumul acestora promoveaza o digestie sanatoasa: apa si fibrele (in special, pectina) din castraveti previn constipatia si accelereaza miscarea muschilor intestinali, dovedesc cercetarile de specialitate (din <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC2908954\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2011<\/a> si <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/25623312\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2014<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In plus, castravetii iti mentin pielea frumoasa (antioxidantii din ei lupta cu ridurile si protejeaza tenul de efectele imbatranirii \u2013 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/21153830\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">2011<\/a>) si te ajuta sa ramai hidratata (contin apa in proportie de 95,2%, deci consumul lor constribuie la hidratarea care iti influenteza performanta fizica si metabolismul).<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"td_quote_box td_box_center\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Descopera <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/descopera-cata-apa-trebuie-sa-bei-zilnic-pentru-o-viata-sanatoasa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cata apa trebuie sa bei zilnic, pentru o viata sanatoasa<\/a><\/em>!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">3. Odata gatite, rosiile isi maresc continutul de licopen, ketchup-ul avand 10-14 mg\/100 g, iar rosiile proaspete doar 1-8 mg\/100 g (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S0963996999000538\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">1998<\/a>).
