In plus, nu contin ingrediente\u00a0 adaugate, precum sare, grasimi, aditivi sau conservanti.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">De ce produsele vegetale sunt ideale pentru tine?<\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sunt o sursa excelenta de fibre<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fibrele alimentare sunt importante pentru mentinerea unui sistem digestiv sanatos si pot contribui la scaderea colesterolului. Persoanele care se hranesc preponderent cu produse vegetale consuma intre 50% si 100% mai multe fibre decat cei care consuma produse bazate pe proteine animale.Savureaza la micul dejun m\u00fcsli cu fructe sau fulgi de cereale integrale din grau, ovaz, orz si secara; alege in general paine, faina si paste numai din sortimente integrale!<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nu contin colesterol<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Produsele vegetale sunt in mod natural sarace in grasimi, nu contin colesterol si pot ajuta la mentinerea in limite normale a nivelului de colesterol. Studiile confirma faptul ca o dieta bazata pe produse vegetale contribuie la scaderea nivelului de colesterol din sange. Efectele radicalilor liberi sunt asociate cu imbatranirea prematura si cu diverse afectiuni, precum cancerul.
