asteapta 10 minute, ca hartia sa absoarba cat mai mult lichid din tofu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Aceasta omleta de tofu umpluta se pregateste cu ajutorul unui blender vertical: adauga in el cateii de usturoi (curatati de coaja si spalati) si marunteste-i bine; peste usturoi, pune apoi branza tofu taiata bucatele, dorjdia nutritionala, uleiul, turmericul si sarea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Transforma ingredientele din blender intr-un piure omogen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adauga faina si amidonul si amesteca alte 10 secunde, pana se combina bine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pune pe foc mediu o tigaie antiaderenta incapatoare si, cand s-a incins, toarna in ea o patrime din aluatul din blenderul vertical, intinzandu-l in forma de cerc cu ajutorul unei spatule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Lasa prima omleta de tofu la copt 3-5 minute, apoi intoarce-o pe partea cealalta, cu o spatula; las-o inca 1 minut pe a doua parte si apoi pastreaz-o pe o farfurie, acoperita cu folie de aluminiu (pentru a se pastra calda), cat termini toate omletele si umplutura.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Repeta de 3 ori procedeul, pana termini aluatul din blender.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Cand a patra omleta de tofu este pe foc, pregateste umplutura: adauga spanacul in alta tigaie incinsa, pana cand se imoaie usor, apoi stinge focul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Umple fiecare omleta de tofu cu o patrime din cantitatea de spanac, adauga \u00bd lingura de miez de nuca rupt bucati si cateva seminte de pin si serveste imediat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii reteta Omleta de tofu umpluta<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pentru a testa daca ai obtinut consistenta potrivita pentru omleta de tofu, toarna 2 linguri din amestec in tigaia incinsa: daca amestecul se intinde singur si se intareste pe foc, e bine; daca amestecul nu se intinde deloc, este prea gros \u2013 mai adauga apa in el, cat sa il lichefiezi (incorporand-o in blender, treptat).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Poti adauga peste omleta de tofu umpluta si <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/sos-de-branza-vegan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">sos de branza vegan<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Alte optiuni de umpluturi: ciuperci sotate in tigaie, cu sare, usturoi si cimbru + spanac proaspat adaugat peste ciuperci la final, in omleta;
