Apropo de o viata sanatoasa, exceptia de la regula impusa de aceasta vorba inteleapta o constituie miscarea si sportul. Dar nu acelasi lucru se poate spune despre suplimentele de vitamine si minerale. Cea mai buna sursa pentru acestea este o alimentatie echilibrata, care contine vitaminele, mineralele si fitochimicalele necesare organismului tau in doze sanatoase, fiind aproape imposibil sa faci o supradoza. Cand vine vorba despre suplimentele la cutie, situatia sta cu totul altfel&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In tarile vestice, lumea are acces la suplimente de vitamine si minerale fara reteta, acestea fiind auto-administrate in ideea imbunatatirii sanatatii si prevenirii bolilor, noteaza <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC164945\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">un studiu din 2003<\/a>. Medicii pot recomanda persoanelor sanatoase multivitamine in completarea alimentatiei echilibrate sau suplimente specifice, ca acidul folic pentru femeile insarcinate. Vitamina A<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-13728 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/supa-dovleac.jpg\" alt=\"supa dovleac\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" srcset=\"https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/supa-dovleac.jpg 640w, https:\/\/beta.sanovita.ro\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/supa-dovleac-324x216.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/>Ce este:<\/strong>\u00a0Vitamina A\/retinolul este un antioxidant (lupta cu radicalii liberi), este esentiala pentru dezvoltarea celulara, functionarea sistemului reproducator, sanatatea ochilor, oaselor, pielii si imunitatii (ajuta copiii sa isi revina mai repede dupa pojar, de exemplu), pastrarea umiditatii mucoaselor (prevenind invazia toxinelor si organismelor externe si asigurand vindecarea in urma infectiei\/inflamatiei). Vitamina C nu este produsa in mod natural de corp, deci ai nevoie de ea din alimentatie (ardei rosii si verzi, broccoli, varza de bruxelles, conopida, rosii, cartofi, spanac, mazare, portocale, grapefruit, kiwi, capsuni, pepene galben) sau suplimente (luate, de obicei, pentru a preveni gripa si raceala).
