toarna putina apa deasupra, pentru a nu se lipi de tigaie, daca este nevoie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Adauga porumbul si orezul, lasa-le 2 minute pe foc, apoi toarna supa de legume\/apa si lasa orezul cu legume la fiert timp de 20-30 de minute sau pana cand se inmoaie boabele de orez.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Stinge focul si serveste imediat ca atare sau alaturi de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/chiftelute-la-cuptor-din-legume-varianta-sanatoasa-reteta-chiftele\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">chiftelute de legume<\/a> ori <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sanovita.ro\/blog\/snitele-de-soia-la-cuptor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">snitele de soia<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-cutlery \" ><\/i> \u00a0 Observatii reteta Orez cu legume<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Poti pastra acest orez cu legume timp de 4-5 zile, la frigider, acoperit de un capac.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pentru aceasta reteta de orez cu legume poti folosi porumb proaspat dat jos de pe stiulete, porumb congelat sau din conserva.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><i class=\"fa fa-lightbulb-o \" ><\/i>\u00a0 Stiai ca?<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Orezul brun prefiert este bogat in proteine, vitamine si minerale, avand mai multi nutrienti decat orezul alb, clasic (care ii pierde in etapa de lustruire, cand bobului ii sunt indepartate straturile exterioare)?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Tehnica de prefierberea orezului presupune oparirea orezului integral (cu vapori de apa), uscarea si apoi lustruirea boabelor? Orezul prefiert rezultat contine amidon gelatinizat partial, vitamine si minerale impinse din stratul extern catre interiorul bobului, astfel nu se mai pierd dupa lustruire (ca in cazul orezului alb).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Turmericul (\u201esofranul indian\u201d sau <em>Curcuma longa<\/em>, in latina) este o planta de origine asiatica, din familia <em>Zinziberaceae<\/em>, care este inrudita cu ghimbirul?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pudra de turmeric se obtine din radacina subterana a plantei, fiarta, uscata si pisata marunt?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Turmericul este folosit in Asia de peste 4.000 de ani incoce, ca vopsea naturala intensa, pe post de tratament naturist (in medicina traditionala indiana, chineza si persano-araba) si in bucatarie?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Pudra de turmeric contine peste 100 de compusi chimici, cel mai cunsocut dintre acestia fiind curcumina\u00a0(care reprezinta 3% din greutate), polifenol care ii confera culoarea galben-portocalie si care se absoarbe cel mai bine in organism daca turmericul este combinat in mancaruri cu piperul negru?
