Pentru a sti exact cum sa aplici acest obicei economicos de a cumpara agro, mai jos am facut o lista si un infografic cu 12 alimente sanatoase pe care le poti cumpara in cantitati mai mari si depozita cateva luni, fara a pierde din calitatile lor nutritionale. Retine ca acest articol este unul general, deci citeste intotdeauna eticheta produselor cumparate agro si respecta indicatiile de acolo apropo de depozitare si termenul de valabilitate!<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">1. Si sunt printre leguminoasele a caror durata de viata este foarte mare: valorile lor nutritionale nu se deterioreaza in timp, pierzandu-si doar din umiditate. Unt de arahide<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Untul de arahide este o sursa excelenta de proteine, grasimi sanatoase nesaturate si fibre. Borcanele de unt de arahide pot fi pastrate in frigider, nedesfacute, timp de pana la 1 an.
