Si periodic apar din ce in ce mai multe noi superalimente, cu nume exotice (ca fructul dragonului si kombucha, de exemplu), care promit sa iti aduca sanatatea in farfurie, desi nu exista inca studii clinice care sa le sustina eficacitatea. Pe de alta parte, multe dintre fructele care chiar sunt bogate in antioxidanti sunt ignorate, mai ales daca vorbim despre fructe de padure.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In articolul de astazi punem cap la cap datele stiintifice si iti prezentam un clasament (si un infografic) al celor mai bogate fructe de padure cand vine vorba de continutul de antioxidanti: 10 in stare naturala si 5 sub forma de pulbere uscata (unele fiind disponibile si in magazinul online Sano Vita). Acestea sunt specii rezistente, care cresc in locuri cu vreme extrem de rece sau climat tropical, se strica rapid si nu rezista bine la trasportul pe distante lungi (de aceea sunt vandute pe plan local sau transformate in suplimente alimentare, usor de procurat oriunde).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Informatiile tin cont de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.superfoodly.com\/orac-values\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">scara ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity)<\/a>, care masoara activitatea antioxidanta prezenta in 100 g de produs, <em>in<\/em> <em>vitro<\/em> (in laborator). Acai (valoare ORAC = 73.000).<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Acest scor ORAC este de 15 ori mai mare decat cel al afinelor, fructele de acai (pronuntat \u201easa\u02c8i\u201d) fiind cele mai bogate fructe de padure in antioxidanti (in stare naturala). Bobitele mov inchis cu pulpa galbena la interior sunt originare din America Centrala si de Sud, fiind roadele palmierilor cu acelasi nume (<em>Euterpe\u00a0oleracea<\/em>). In stare proaspata, au gust acrisor, cu un strop de dulceata. Merisoarele europene de munte contin, pe langa antioxidanti (<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">antocianine, quercetina, flavonoli, vitaminele A, C si E<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">), minerale (mangan) si fibre. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">3. Maqui (valoare ORAC =19.850).<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Maqui sunt fructele inchise la culoare, cu gust similar afinelor, ale unui copac (<em>Aristotelia chilensis<\/em>) care creste in America de Sud si sunt utilizate de mii de ani de catre indienii Mapuche. Aceste fructe de padure contin antioxidanti (antocianine, alcaloide, flavonoide, coumarine, acid ferulic, acid galic, antocianidine, vitaminele C si E), fibre si minerale (calciu, potasiu, fier).<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">4. Zmeura neagra are in jur de 300% mai multi antioxidanti decat sora ei rosie (vitaminele C si E, antocianine, acid \u00a0elagic acid, acid galic acid si rutina), fiind bogata si in fibre si minerale (mangan, magneziu).<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">5. Aronia (valoare ORAC = 16.062).<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aronia este fructul a trei specii de arbusti (<em>Aronia melanocarpa<\/em>,<em>\u00a0Aronia prunifolia\u00a0<\/em>si\u00a0<em>Aronia arbutifolia<\/em>) din familia <em>Rosaceae<\/em>, originari din estul Americii de Nord. Fructele sunt sferice, asemanatoare afinelor, dar cu o coaja mai intunecata si mai lucioasa. Aronia sunt bogate in antioxidanti (vitaminele A, C si E, antocianine), vitamine (B9, K), minerale (mangan, fier) si fibre. Afinele canadiene cresc in arbusti in zona Americii de Nord si sunt bogate in antioxidanti (vitaminele C si E, polifenoli, flavonoli, antocianine), vitamine, minerale (mangan, fier, magneziu, calciu).<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">7. Fructe de soc (valoare ORAC = 14.697).<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cel mai comun tip de soc este <em>Sambucus nigra<\/em>, originar din Europa, care face fructe negre, marunte, adunate in ciorchini si acrute la gust, care trebuie gatite pentru consum. Fructele de soc au de trei ori mai multi antioxidanti ca afinele (vitaminele A si C, acizi fenolici, quercetina, kaempferol, isorhamnetina, antocianine), dar si fibre, vitamine (B-uri) si minerale (potasiu, fier, calciu, fosfor).<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">8. Asemanatoare ca aspect agriselor (dar mari cat o minge de ping pong), coacazele indiene au de 20-30 de ori mai multa Vitamina C decat portocalele si alti antioxidanti (vitaminele A si E, acid galic, quercetina, carotenoide), minerale (mangan, potasiu, fier, cupru), acizi grasi esentiali (Omega-3 si Omega-6), vitamine (B-uri) si fibre; sunt consumate cel mai des sub forma de pulbere.<\/p>\n<h3>9. Afine salbatice (valoare ORAC = 9.621).<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Afinele salbatice (<em>Vaccinium myrtillus <\/em>\u2013 in Europa<em>, Vaccinium cyanococcus<\/em> \u2013 in SUA) au o aroma mai intensa decat cele cultivate in scop comercial si de doua ori mai multi compusi care lupta cu radicalii liberi decat acestea din urma. Aceste fructe de padure sunt bogate in antioxidanti (vitaminele A, C si E, antocianine, tanini, quercitina, pectina, catechine, luteina), alcaloide, vitamine (B-uri) si minerale (mangan). Aceste fructe de padure contin \u2013 pe langa antioxidanti (vitaminele A, C si E, quercetina, miricetina, peonidina, acid ursolic) \u2013 si fibre, minerale (manan, cupru, potasiu), acizi grasi esentiali (Omega-3 si Omega-6) si vitamine (B-uri, K). Amla (valoare ORAC = 261.530).<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pudra de coacaze indiene\/amla (<em>Phyllanthus emblica<\/em>) este fructul de padure uscat cu cea mai mare cantitate de antioxidanti din lume!
